The Place at 2120, Tucson AZ

Renting an apartment these days is a lot more difficult than in my day, but Kimberly and Robert were so helpful and I wound up with the perfect unit. Communication was a little difficult in my case, but once the process was finished I was very happy. No additional "pet rent" (which I find ridiculous) and well-appointed apartments is what brought me to The Place and I hope to be here for a long time.

This place is a horrible place to live, it is not worth a dime of your money. The manager Jenny and Brissa are very unprofessional. They will not work with you in any situation of an emergency for example they are eager to evict you for any reason they can find. They have no security anything can happen to you or your kids there and you will be blamed for it. They just had a strange man trying to get into any apartment just 2 days ago. They d ok not deserve to be allowed to rent to people 1128 is way to much for a 3 bedroom apartment that is to small to begin with! Horrible place to live.

This place is a horrible scam they let you In and add on a tun of fees to the rent, then evicted by refusing to accept your money.then where you only owe them for a month they add on so much you suddenly owe 4000 to them it is a dump in discise a scam and a RIP off do not rent from these insane people

Been here two years. Staff is polite and all 3 request were handled by next day. I've never seen a roach or any other insect in my apartment. Ive lived all over tucson rent is reasonable even if it goes up a couple dollars a year most of the neighbors are polite and keep to themsleves. I would and have recommend this place to other. Pet policy is above the rest hands down

We made an appointment for a space, then the day of the appointment they gave away the night before.
