The Place at Fountains at Sun City

I can't rave enough about The Place at Fountains at Sun City! The complex is super clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, and THEY ALLOW PETS! They have truly been a lifesaver for me as well as my dog. If you are contemplating an apartment, this place is the best!

This had been my eighth stay at the Fountains since 2009. The Fountains Office personnel, Patty & Russ, are great. They complement each other very well. It is worth mentioning that security could be improved, especially given the nearby homeless encampment which results in illicit transit through the apartment complex and sometimes theft, though not in my case (that's why I always select an upstairs apartment). The homeless situation is not unique, obviously, not only in Sun City, but in the U. S. Besides Patty and Russ, the most noteworthy assets of The Fountains is its location and fellow residents. This had been my 8th stay at The Fountains, so that speaks of how I feel about this property and I would stay there again should I return from overseas again. Can't say enough about Patty and Russ. Old folks, like me, and even me, can be sometimes difficult. I give straight feedback, which is welcome and I get back straight feedback, which is a valuable commodity in today's U. S. I wish every single person in The Fountains continued health, success, and good luck. God Bless them all.

I recently visited the fountains with my grandparents.they are moving here from WI and are very worried about the move.they have never lived in an apartment. Patty showed them around and they were very impressed with her.she made them feel at ease about moving and i am so thankful. My family has been trying to get them to move here for years.i think they are finally going to do it!

From the very first time we came here we were treated special. The grounds are beautiful and our unit exceeded our expectations! We were fortunate to find this wonderful needle in the haystack!

I was checking out the place for my grandma and it was just so beautiful! I can tell she will feel safe and at home in this community for a long time. Patty the showed us around, she was very helpful and accommodating to my grandmas needs. I would definitely recommend!

I toured The Place at Fountains at Sun City hoping this would be my future home. My first contact was with Patty who gave me a tour of the property and the apartment. Patty was so helpful, positive and knowledgeable. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. I also met a couple of residents who were very nice and love living there. My move-in will be delayed due to family obligations but Patty has kept in contact with me. My overall experience was very, very positive. This will be my future home. Patty is the best.

I have lived at the Fountains for nine months. From my first meeting with Russ I was immediately impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The facilities has everything that anyone could possibly need. The residents are wonderful as I was able to develop lasting friendships. Without reservation, I give my highest recommendation to anyone looking at living in Sun City.

Throughout the process of obtaining the lease and up to moving in, Management was very helpful. The day of the move, all the paperwork, Keys and tour of the apartment went flawlessly. Once again Management was great during the move in phase. The apartment presentation went beyond my expectation. Everything was brand new to include carpet and appliances. Super clean and spacious. The whole place is quiet during the day and night. All the paths and carports are well lit at night.the whole complex is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it.

Management doesn't care at all about renters. Yes, it's close to the hospital if you're ready to die. The noise from Grand Ave and the fire station is unbearable. If bees move in, management doesn't care; it's you're problem. I had bees swarming in my apartment and management hung up on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you are deaf and ready to die

Patty and Russ are easy to work with and you couldn’t ask for a more qualified maintenance staff. We have been here almost 3 years and enjoy the pool and quiet atmosphere. We call it home!

I would like to give a great big thank you to Lee Yesterday I had a toilet leak and had to call the emergency maintenance number. Lee arrived within 30 minutes and took care of the problem. He was very courteous and professional

Great place to live! Been here for over 4 years and very happy. Beautiful grounds, very nicely designed, livable & good sized apartments. I appreciate that you don't hear your neighbors. The management staff, Patricia Haehn and help, are very professional, friendly and responsive to any question, concern or service issue. Just really overall a nice place!

Every time I visit the community, it’s so beautiful and everyone is so friendly. The staff is helpful and the residents are genuinely happy to be there. The manager goes above and beyond for the residents and I can see she cares for the job she does. I recommend this community to anyone looking.
