The Place at Santana Village, Peoria AZ

Amazing staff, very friendly, this apartment complex feels like home! My kids love it here!

Truly a wonderful complex and an above average price but where the dream quickly fades is the first time you have to interact with the office after you wake up to cockroaches invading your apartment. The manager Karla will do anything in her power to ruin your day and push off your problems as she closes the office early every night. Which I would know because me and my friend like to go to the gym after work which is close to the time the office is “supposed” to close almost everyday I would go and it would be closed early and if you bring this up to them they go irate on you. Truly a sad place. Glad I’m out of here

This complex is so nice to live in, the staff are amazing, and overall a 10/10 experience to live here. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

If you thinking of living at Santana village I would think again we have a one bedroom and one bathroom and it over priced ($1550). Also the carpet it absolutely filthy I used a rug doctor and the water was BLACK after cleaning the living room only. The the garage are $150 a month with my experience I would come home from work and the garage was open I’ve had it fixed 4 times and still opening on it own as well I had a $450 bike in my garage and it was stolen and when I went to the manager of apartments basically said “oh well there’s nothing we can go the police” so with that being I don’t recommend renting at the place at Santana village.

I have lived here for almost a year now and let me tell you, I have had the best experience here with management and with the complex. I am renewing my lease again! Karla has been great throughout the whole process I've never had such great customer service in my whole years of renting an apartment. Karla is very thorough, very welcoming and best of all always ready and willing to assist me. The complex is very well kept, staff is great I can safely say I am proud to call this my home!

Lived here for a few months and it was not a pleasant experience. To start everything off to get approved to move in was a hassle because the apartment management is hard to get a hold of unless you actually go in and even then you’re risking them not being in the office even during office hours and the manager of the office is so extremely rude. I do not know how she became a customer service person and a manager of really anything because her personality is awful. She is so rude she is snappy like I said they don’t respond to phone calls or anything and my husband and I had to break our lease early due to him being transferred for work and the Apartments are trying to charge us over $5000 for moving out meaning they did not take any of the security deposit that we put down as part of that and they’re trying to charge us for carpet damage when my dogs were never in the room and they are potty trained and there was prior carpet damage When we moved in which I had put on a form that I filled out in return to the office and now the office is trying to say that that form doesn’t exist and they don’t have it to try to make us pay. I’ve stated three different apartment complex that belong to the MC management, and every single one of them was awful with poor management and a lack of care from anybody

Cons:
1. The assigned covered parking spot is not close to my apartment and I cannot hear my car alarm from there. Someone threw rocks at my car and damaged the window.
2. Gates don't close. They should close after business hours but I've seen at least one gate stay open for 90% of the time, every time I bring this up to the leasing staff, they say that maintenance is working on it.
Pros:
1. Size and layout of the apartment.
2. Storage space and quiet community.

Staff is amazing! Karla is super supportive and always professional! I appreciate the consideration they have for my family and I! Way to go guys! Dv

This place has been an amazing place to stay. 24hr pool that stays clean, friendly neighbors, and definitely pet friendly the staff here work fast and efficiently, all very helpful and nice people. Thank you guys so much especially to you Karla

I loved living at this apartment complex. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for me. The amenities were great, especially the pool and gym. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
