Kyle and Juan at the office were a tremendous help while applying to live here. They kept constantly communication which made the process very simple.

I'm very please with my new home at The Place at Villageat the Foothills. The Manager Laura has been awesome with my move in process. Raul the maintenance man has been very attentive to the work that I had asked them to complete, he even went beyond to do a follow up to make sure the work was to my satisfaction. I love my new place and I highly recommend it.

I've lived here for a year now, and I first want to say it has been a mostly positive experience, and other reviews do a great job highlighting the upside. However, upon renewing my lease this year I was told my property needs to be renovated, something that was not explained to me when I moved in. My lease is up at the end of the year, and I was told "we have a waitlist until October, we will keep you in mind in Dec/Jan" so there is absolutely no guarantee from management that I will have a place to move into. This is frustrating as I really do like it here and not only do I have to move after only living here a year and a half, but I also may have to switch complexes entirely. I was told by a neighbor that this has happened to other residents as well, so If you plan to move here please check with management that you are moving into a renovated apt. The complex alone is five stars which is part of the reason it is so frustrating that I may not be able to stay here, but management not giving me a definite answer on whether or not I will have somewhere to move when I am kicked out for renovation is extremely unfortunate.

Edit 3/6/23: I was indeed "kicked out", albeit a year later in october of '22. I ended up moving to a renovated unit in the same complex, which has been of comparable quality (albeit rent across all unit types has increased by a margin far above the "value" generated by renovation/housing market escalation and rent shows no sign of decreasing despite market-wide real estate cooling back off, funny how that works). Occasionally there are dogs off leash, this is against the lease so you cant blame management too much but its happened a few times so its something to bear in mind. I still enjoy the complex, 4/5

This has been home for almost 4 years, I love the little backyard for my fur babies and the open kitchen. Maintenance is quick and very courteous. Management staff are responsive to inquiries.

A beautiful place to live, maintenance is super fast and attentive and the community is quiet. What else could you ask for? I loved living here! Highly recommend.
