Lifesaver! We had new countertops and sink installed yesterday and my previous company I hired bailed on me to reinstall the garbage disposal. I found Josh on Facebook and messaged him and he responded back nearly immediately around 6 o’clock yesterday. He said he could come in the morning arrived right at eight when he said he would and knocked the job out of the park. I have found my new plumber!

Used Josh again and he installed a new toilet after we had a leak.

This is the absolute best plumbing company I have worked with in the Phoenix area! No fluff. No smoke and mirrors. No vague hand waving. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Their attention to detail is unmatched. This company has super hard working crews. The technicians are extremely knowledgable, skilled and highly trained. The jobs they have done for me have been conducted with the utmost professionalism. They provided detailed written descriptions on their quotes which has been extremely helpful as the job was massive in scope. When the original job became more extensive they were extremely clear about what needed to be done and what my options would be to correct the problems. My technician, Stratton, has been fantastic during the entire process of correcting the plumbing in a 65 year old Tempe home loaded with corroded cast iron and galvanized steel. Stratton worked hard to contain the mess created by jackhammering and trenching floors. He and his crew always left the job at the end of the day with things organized and cleaned up. I think the best part of working with Stratton and The Plumber is the excellent communication that occurred. I never felt like I was left to guess what they were doing and why. Their name says it all, "THE Plumber. "

Had an emergency issue with our plumbing, called at around 11am, Josh was here by 1: 30pm. Knowledgeable, thorough and professional; we would recommend The Plumber to everyone we know.

We had all push in plastic valves replaced with compression valves and a new bathroom faucet. The plumber was an look e to come a day earlier. The planning and communication was great with their office and plumber, named Stratton. He finished quickly and we trusted him to finish up while we had to leave for an appointment. Super job! Stratton has installed a new water softener for me. Also, when I had water damage, he disconnected, temporarily moved, reconnected water softener and water heater. When water damage work was completed he returned to reconnect them to original spot. I would definitely recommend him.

I called McKenna yesterday to schedule an appoitment for a estimate. We were scheduled for this morning. She called back and put us on their schedule for 12: 30. Stratton showed up at our rental prompt and ready to find our problem. He was very professional and adimit about finding the issue. After an hour of searching and finally finding it he was quick to jump in and fix the problem. He went above and beyond what he needed to. This is one tenacious young man with a work ethic beyond his years. This company is lucky to have him. This company in my book gets 5 stars. Side note. I very seldom write reviews. But Stratton and this company deserve it.

The owner of this company and his crew are iamazing. Came out on Sunday to give me estimate for broken sewer line fix. I had already paid over $1,300 to home owner warranty plumber the day before just to tell me it was broken. Their price to repair was much more affordable than the other plumber. Came out next day with crew, completed the work, a lot of work, and cleaned up. Will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

Showed up on time and provided a free quote, however, like many said they felt pricey. It was a quick 20-min job of fixing a broken pipe and was charged close to $400. Was short on time so had to go with them.

We love The Plumber! They do excellent work and their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend The Plumber for all your plumbing needs.
