The Plumber Guy, Peoria AZ

I had a leaky faucet si I called the plumber guy company. Spoke to a very hospitable lady named Patrice. Who was very polite,
informative and diligent about getting the problem fixed. Patrice sent out a plumber guy name Joe. Now Joe is a first class act! The man was very professional and informative about what was happening and what needed to be done. He got the problem fixed so fast I didn’t even finish my cup of coffee. Besides the honesty and quality of work that was done by Joe I wouldn’t ask for anyone else.

Ian was out to my Mom's house in Buckeye Sundance community and repaired 2 toilets. He was clean, respectful and wore a mask. Overall great job and my Mom was very pleased. Thanks for your hard work and being nice to an older lady!

Brian was excellent in explaining the process. Patrice was both timely and well-communicative with updates. And Tony, was above expectations with showing my the problem, explaining how the whole system was connected, how he could help and what the best/worst case scenario might be. All of these experiences helped me properly plan and manage expectations. I will definitely be working with The Plumber Guys again.

However your prices seemed rather high too me, maybe price should be determined on a hourly base plus parts.deducting 40.00 for part 50.00 for service call it appears to me that labor is a little high for 20 min

I would't choose any one else! They were wonderful. I had a little emergency with my water heater. I called The Plumber Guy, Patrice answered. All I said was "I need your help". She advised me that a tech would be out that afternoon, that they would have to fit me in". Within an hour Tony arrived! He had to replace a part, one that wasn't in his truck and said, "I'll be back in 40 minutes with a new part. He returned not quite 30 minutes later. The Plumber Guy is a very professional, courteous beyond words and quick. They were great. I HIGHLY recommend them. I have already given referrals to my friends. Keep in mind, I come from a professional background and expect expert service. They did just that! They were wonderful! They exceeded my expectations!

Carlin was great! He provided us with service today and was quick and efficient. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Bryan replaced old shutoff valves, water lines, faucets and drains in our bathroom. I'm giving Bryan and The Plumber Guy company a 10. Communicated Bryan's expected arrival time.arrived on time.explained everything.well trained.cleaned up after the job was done.

Work was fine. About 5 min.but the fee was was not even close to reasonalble. 169.for 5 min work.

The technician that went to the property was honest and very detailed. He didnt find a reason to charge us for nothing, he gave us some suggestions on what the issue could be and sent it all to me in writing on an estimate sheet. He was very polite as well.

The folks at The Plumber Guy, Brian & Joe, were great. We had a situation where another plumber had given us some information that seemed very questionable. My husband contacted The Plumber Guy and spoke with Brian who was very helpful in giving us information that backed up what we had found on line. He sent Joe out to check our plumbing and confirmed the info we had previously been given was correct. Thank you Brian and Joe for all your help and fixing our problem. We definitely recommend you.

Junior did a great job on replacing our Hot Water Heater. Very fast, neat, tidy and very efficient. He was very nice and accommodating. A pleasure for sure.

We’ve had Jeremy out from the Plumber Guy a few times now and I highly recommend them for service.
In my experience he’s not looking to hustle me in anyway and is efficient at affordable & reasonable cost.
If you have questions Jeremy always takes his time to explain procedures and cost and that advise is “off the clock” so rest assured you are not paying for the time for advise and helpful suggestions.

I contacted The Plumber Guy from a referral. Purchased a home and needing an estimate on a few items that were discovered after we moved in. Carlin S.arrived timely, professional in appearance. He was honest in the assessment of what we would like to have done - discussed our options and stated that within 20 minutes he would email proposals. True to his word, Carlin submitted 8 different proposals. As this is not a permanent residence at this time, we will choose what fits our budget and once we return will contact The Plumber Guy/Carlin to make the necessary updates.
