Ryan helped me out a great deal! He walked me through the manufactures warranty process without any issues. I called ahead, provided him with the info from my faulty warrantied hot water heater, and he had one ready and waiting for me.

He also walked me through the process of changing it out, as I have never done this before. Most helpful will definitely be back for any plumbing needs I have, and highly recommend them to anyone!

After going to Lowe's and NOT finding the simple tool that I thought I needed (basin wrench), and NOT getting answers to what seemed like a simple question regarding a kitchen sink (how to get the mounting nut loose so I can remove the faucet). I went to the plumber's crack on 19th Ave near happy valley and talked to Zach.

He was more than happy to assist me with the right tools for the job (just needed a slightly bigger set of channel lock pliers) and the right motivation to get it taken care of with ease. Thanks Zach! I will definitely go back for all my plumbing questions and supplies!

I purchased a 50 gallon electric water heater and installation supplies. They had everything I needed in stock. I was in and out in just a very few minutes.
Turned out, the water heater that I bought had a leak (not their fault) and had to be replaced under warranty. Again Andrew handled the warranty replacement like the pro that he is. I recommend them to everyone. I will definitely do business with them again any time I need plumbing supplies. They now have two locations.
