The Princess Nails, Anthem AZ

Horrible experience I paid $117 for a for a pedicure and a fill. When I asked her if she could fix my nails, she said no, I had paint all over my fingers, and some of the sides weren’t painted all the way she told me to go back to the other place that I came from.
No stars I had to put a star just so that I can move forward.
Totally rude and apparently does not take pride in what she does. Trust me if I asked I’m going to say where I got my nails painted at so they can see how sloppy and bad they are so therefore lady word of mouth.

We came as girlfriends for a treat. Totally fun and the personnel were fun and efficient. We will come back again. Van was superb

Since i am not from this area, I asked a friend, Stacie McBride, for a recommendation. She recommended this nail salon. Henry did my nails (dip nails), and he did an outstanding job! Corrected a bad job from a previous place. Shaped my nails beautifully, and they look great! Definitely recommended this nail spa.

I set up an online appointment for 9am for a basic manicure with polish and no one was there until 9: 05am so I just waited outside. When I checked in I again confirmed what I wanted as I did not want to pay the extra for gel nails since it was the cost as a fullset. The nail tech was super nice but in the end my bill was $50 for a black french tip. I asked why it was so much since all I wanted a natural manicure with nail color change and was told that's what I received and the pricing was wrong on the website. Nails chipped 2 days later was a waste of money as I could have gotten a full set for the same price at another salon.

Mia did everything for me today. She was amazing and they do great work. I would recommend Princess Nails to anyone up here or near Anthem!

Have given this place many tries, most staff is unfriendly and unkind. Nails are adequate but not anything to write home about. You don't have to be overly talkative or smiley but at least speak to customers in a kind and pleasant tone. Looking elsewhere for kind customer service

This is one of the best nail salons in anthem very professional very courteous very good prices

So I’ve been here quite a few times. Last time I came there boss was out of town and they were blasting music it was very loud and unprofessional. Did not care for it and I made an appointment and still had a wait. Today I had scheduled an appointment again since their boss was back and then I have arrived and they’ve told me there’s a 30 minute wait. If you choose to do business here just be sure to wait. Time is money and you can’t get time back. I will not be coming here any longer especially because I drive to come here.

Today was my first visit at the salon. I almost turned around and walked out due to the little to no greeting that I received. I started to tell the employee behind the desk that I was here for my 11a w/Tam and she literally walked away from me in mid-sentence. Then I realized after looking around there was a self check-in system which is fine but the rudeness was ridiculous, since I planned to spend my money there. I sat down with Tam, who was amazingly friendly and very sweet. I would give Tam a solid (individually) 5 stars. Jury still out if I’ll return, since I’m coming from North Phoenix into Anthem.

I wouldn’t call their service upselling obnoxious or aggressive, but they definitely take the initiative to sell, which was annoying at best, since all I wanted to do is relax

I come in to get my lashes done every two weeks, and will only allow MIA to do them. She does a great job everytime, i'm never disappointed.along with that she's always friendly and super talkative. She's overall a very good attribute to this company. LOVE LOVE LOVE MIA!

I had the best time! Christmas is in two days and the nail techs were all dressed up for Christmas! There were some elves and Santa!
