The RainForest really went above and beyond- will definitely be a repeat customer! The arrangement was gorgeous and delivery was flawless! They were so sweet to work with me on the timing when my recipient suddenly had to be gone in the middle of the day, oops! But everything turned out fantastic and was such a wonderful gift! Thank you!

ABOVE AND BEYOND! 5 star service! There was a sudden death in the family out of town and the services were in Casa Grande Az. Paula took the time to design an arrangement for us then sent the order to another flower shop in Casa Grande to be made. This all took place the same day as the funeral! It was delivered on time and the arrangement was phenomenal. I can’t thank Paula enough for being so accommodating at times like these especially.

Jaw dropping flower arrangement! My husband had gifted me a beautiful bouquet and I was almost in tears. Absolutely beautiful!

I'm big on supporting local, this is ALWAYS my go to shop. Flowers are always fresh and beautifully created and arranged. Staff has always been so helpful when I've ever had questions on anything at all.

OMG! I can't thank you guys enough for all of your help! You guys made my sisters day so much more special with the BEAUTIFUL flowers! Paula is so amazing and so helpful! I had called a day before to request to have flowers delivered for my sisters birthday. They even kept me updated on the delivery. She loves them and they are stunning. 100% recommend them. I love this flower shop, both for the flowers and houseplants they offer. In the past, I have purchased bouquets in person and loved them. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, I have had to make orders online. Both times, the flowers that have been delivered have been less than desirable. Not sure if the quality of the flowers received is less because it is not an in person purchase? Regardless, I will be making purchases elsewhere until I am able to shop in the store.

The flora dish garden that was done for my aunt for a sympathy gift was absolutely beautiful! She loved it!

This florist is AMAZING! We had coordinated with them for a special friend and they rose to the occasion every time! We even called in a last minute order for more than 16 dozen roses and Ali not only went out of her way to coordinate for us but she ensured we had enough roses from her vendor and made gorgeous arrangements all in less than 24 hours! You guys have no idea how much this meant to all of us especially our friend who received them! If I could give MORE than 5 stars I definitely would! I’m from Seattle and ordered my mom some flowers for her birthday. This was my first experience ordering flowers so I was a little nervous. They were very busy on the day of her scheduled delivery and the flowers were supposed to be delivered by a certain time. Unfortunately they did not make it by that time. I had made my dad aware of the flowers being delivered so he left a note on the door with the address that they would be at and the delivery driver delivered them to where they were at. She did not have to do this but she went out of her way to make sure my mom got her flowers. The flowers were beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would give them 4.5 stars if that was an option as I was a little disappointed after calling and leaving multiple messages on my scheduled delivery date I never received a call back confirming that the flowers were delivered. That would be my only suggestion. I know everyone gets busy but even a call back at the end of business or an email would have been good for me. Considering everything else I would give The rain Forest Florist 5 stars. The staff is friendly, prices reasonable and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

Loved the flower arrangement! I dont live in the area so getting an arrangement done last minute and also trying to change the colors was a bit scary but they made it super easy. They answered my questions and gave me tips on how to pick the right colors. I will always use them for future Yuma orders. Thank you for being so patient and helpful.
