Our first time buying a house was an easy going and amazing experience thanks to Sydney and Beth with Rebe Homes. We appreciate all that you guys did for us!:)

We were referred to Shane and Rebe Homes through our new boss. My husband and I relocated to Phoenix from Texas for a job and we didn’t know where to start.

First time in the market for buying a home. Shane was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and full of great advice on where to start. I feel like he worked really hard to listen and find us everything we were looking for in a home and helped us stay realistic based on our needs and our budget.

Being that we were in Texas. He went to the different homes on our list and FaceTimed me to do a walk through. Answer multiple questions on my end, he always took the time to listen and do his research.

Shane connected us with an amazing loan officer - the whole process was so easy and I had zero stress. It was nothing like the horror stories I’ve heard, I cannot recommend Shane and his family business enough. These are GOOD people who live in this community, real people you can trust.

10/10 recommended! When we buy our next home - there is NO DOUBT, we will work with Shane again.

I love working with the Rebe Homes Team! I’ve worked with them several times - twice to buy homes and once to sell a home - and each time has always been a great experience. They do a great job of staying on top of the listing (open houses, showings, etc.) and are always available to answer any & all questions I have (which are usually a lot and very detailed, so I appreciate this very much!). Love the family approach to their business! Instead of working with some large corporation, these guys focus on what is best for you at the individual level. Shane and Sydney helped us close on our first home in June of 2022 (very peak of the market). We had a wild ride for almost a full year beforehand, putting in above asking price offers and getting outbid constantly. Shane and Sydney kept us up to date with the current state of the market, and also kept us well informed on why the market was so flooded with buyers and driving prices up. This tremendously helped with our decision making process. We were so thrilled when we finally got a call saying we had an offer accepted. We were even able to get our closing cost covered, along with a rate buy down. They went to battle for us!
