The Reserve at Star Pass, Tucson AZ

We lived here for one year, and did not experience any major issues! The pool area was great! A lot of reviews complain about it being closed a lot, but I feel like the only reason they would close it was because it got dirty, which I appreciate because no one wants to swim in a dirty pool! We were able to use it when we wanted to, and did not feel like the closures were an issue.
We were in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath u it. We loved that our apartment did not have carpet and that each bathroom had 2 separate sinks. Compared to other complexes, the parking situation is great! We never had issues finding parking close to our unit.

The pool is always closed on weekends. It doesn’t make any sense. You can do your maintenance on weekdays.

The pool is always close! Why you guys don't do the maintenance at least monday -Tuesday? Not the best place to stay if you work full time and need the pool Area to enjoy during your days off.

This place I tell you. One step forwards 5 backwards. This is third day in past 10 days where they communicate at 1p that the pool is closed. They tried to plan an event where they had the police come out and could not get the date right. Furthermore the event was listed from
2-4p, we showed up at 2: 50p, only to be told the event was over, they did not send an email to notify this until like 3: 20p. Management team has zero competence as it relates to ppl and their time. Do better folks! You seem to do well reminding us rent is due, do better.

It’s okay but people have big dogs here and they need to fix the air condition upstairs and they need to clean up there dog stuff here.

So far Seems to be a beautiful place and we cannot wait to spend our time Here. They actually have quite a to offer. Seem to be pretty fair on prices

The staff is incredibly welcoming and always helpful. I have communicated with CASSANDRA and ELSA in the leasing both extremely attentive. The maintenance personal CAMERON always on task. The manager MARCEE is great! AWESOME TEAM~~~

I’m not gonna lie, this place is so unsafe especially at night. You don’t wanna live here if you care for your peace

It's a pretty nice place to live, good space, little pricey, but the gate is almost always broken for some reason, so it isn't uncommon to see a lot of wildlife roaming the apartment complex. It has nice amenities though, pretty well kempt. I'd rent another year if it wasn't so pricey for a one-bedroom

Lived here in College. They don't have enough spaces for people to park. The mailboxes were all broken into almost every day. Identity theft and long walks to your car. No thanks.

Needed a place to move in rather quickly, the leasing team helped me a ton especially Elsa! She is a sweetheart and really did what she could to get us into the place as we were in a time crunch from our previous residency. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and even allowed us to take a quick tour of one of their upgraded show units just so we could get an idea of what we’d be moving into. I’ll have to update this in a year of us being here!
