The Reserve on Cave Creek, Phoenix AZ

Moved in earlier this year. Really like our apartment and the pool area. Location is also a big plus as you are minutes away from the 101 and the 51 to get anywhere quickly. Costco being walking distance away is nice as well!

This place is bumpin! Mahogany and the rest of the staff is fantastic! Love here! Live here!

I have been here a couple of months and I've been happy so far. The office staff has been friendly and the pool, hot tub and other amenities well kept. The Luxer lockers for receiving packages have been very useful.

Update: I've been here over eight months and recently renewed my lease. The office staff have been great. Mahogany and Daphne have both been very helpful!

I have been a resident here for about 10 months and my wife and I have enjoyed being here. The folks at the front desk are friendly and helpful with anything that you need. The pool, hot tub, and courtyards areas are well maintained and taken care of.

I really wanted to be able to renew and stay for another 15 months, but we have to leave due to our situation. Mahogany has been very helpful despite the fact that we aren't going to renew, and when we first moved in, Josie was great too! We lived on the 3rd floor with a courtyard view and a sunroom, and I can honestly say I feel like this is my home. The grounds are maintained well and the maintenance was very responsive. We have really enjoyed our stay here!

My wife and I moved in a few months ago and have loved it here. Our apartment is incredibly spacious with 10 foot ceilings (makes all the difference in an apartment) and it is well kept. Maintenance team is super responsive and very friendly. Front desk has been nice and easy to deal with. A great community to live in.

I moved here in Feb of 2023 into a 1BHK and really love the place. The staff is extremely friendly and the maintenance folks provide excellent and quick service. I live on the 3rd floor and not having an elevator can get hard at times, that’s the only issue I have. I love how clean the pool is and overall have had a pleasant experience living here. Definitely recommend!

My son used our car to help move a friend. Our car was in the Parking lot for no more than 3 hours. It got towed away. My son said there are no signs saying you will get towed away. This is some kind of scam. You can't even help a friend move.

The Reserves on Cave Creek is located just off the 101 which is excellent to get around to many places in the Valley within a 15 to 20 minute drive. As far as the apartments they are spacious in size. I love my walk-in closet and master bedroom. The beautiful landscape and salt water Pool perfect for feeling like you’re on vacation everyday!

I dropped by last week regarding an apartment and cannot thank both Mahogany and Alec enough. Mahogany took the time to answer my questions, showed me the complex and two models. Alec followed up the next day or two and answered more of my questions. Both were highly personable, professional and phenomenal. Looking forward to moving to The Reserve in a few months.

I went on a tour here in order to see what the 3 bed apartments looked like. Sadly they didn’t have any available to show but from the model apartments and the rest of the tour that was given, I’m really hoping that a 3 bedroom opens up soon! I would love for my roommates and I to move here from Colorado. This place looks fantastic and I haven’t seen anything negative about this place yet. The leasing specialist was very helpful with all my questions

I have been looking in a few areas throughout the valley and stopped in. The office team was amazing considering I had not scheduled a tour they were able to show me around. Loved the amenity space and the 1 bedroom model was perfect. I will definitely be renting here when my lease is up!

The people in the agencies are very nice and went through every question we had with my wife. They’re fast to respond and consistent.

PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING HERE - PROS AND CONS!

After living at The Reserve on Cave Creek for a year, I feel like I can give an accurate review of the apartment and complex. Overall, it was a good experience. However, there were some major problems here, as well. Some of the positives include: nice swimming pool and hot tub, mainly nice apartments and sizes, clean grounds, and fun community events. Some of the negatives include: many scorpions entering our apartment, dirty hallways, always overflowing dumpster/trash compactor, unassigned parking (and difficult to find), and an increasingly dangerous neighborhood.

I would like to clarify on a few things. While this is a gated community, it was not well monitored as anyone could wait for a resident to go through the gate and follow behind them. In the twelve months living here, there were numerous shootings within a few blocks of the complex. Maybe not a big deal for those who have lived in cities before, but I felt like I could not safely walk around outside of the complex. Keep this in mind if you like to exercise outside. Also, we had five scorpions in our apartment in total in that duration. Not considered an infestation, but more than I hoped there would have been. The valet trash is a plus, but often left the hallways littered with garbage and covered in stains. Overall, I thought our rent was reasonable for the size of apartment we got. However, they tack on many unmentioned fees per month that mean you actually pay $150 - $200 more than what your rent actually is. If you are looking to live on the second or third floors, be aware that there isn't an elevator. Expect some good leg workouts when trying to get home! Not really a pro or con, but be aware it does make bringing groceries up difficult. One last thing I want to mention is that I felt like the office staff told us some lies before we moved in. For example, we were told that a tow truck would be monitoring the complex every day and would tow away cars who did not live there. Not once in our entire 12 months of living there did we see a tow truck, and I worked from home. It just created a level of distrust between us and the office staff.

The three stars I give are to accurately represent that it is a good place to live with some real cons associated. If I had to, I would live here again, but I would've liked to have been aware of some of the negatives of this place before settling here. I hope this helps you.

The Reserve on Cave Creek has wonderful amenities like the pool and gym. The reason my son chose this apartment is because of the staff. Shayla is cheerful and answered all his questions. Jocie was so helpful and went the extra mile when he moved in. Justin in maintenance was quick to fix and replace anything he needed. I felt like the whole staff cared about my son and that was reassuring to me since I live in another state. I give The Reserve on Cave Creek a great place to live with exceptional staff!

I just moved in at the The Reserve and I feel so at home already. Josie and Shayla at the leasing office were so much help with the whole moving process. They always has a great attitude and do their job thoroughly. The complex is designed well and very organized. Not to mention all the amenities it has to offer. I’m excited to call this place my home!
