Bianca Carrillo was super helpful she helped me into a new place asap. Didn’t realize my lease was ending and I was looking for something asap! Bianca was very attentive and helped me get into my apartment now. I am very thankful for her.

They took advantage of my elderly mother and tried to upcharge her for no reason and thought she wouldn’t caught it because she’s old and Hispanic. Not only do they take advantage of the elderly, their staff is incompetent and don’t actually know the policies. Also if you’re late one day expect a $90 fee/day, always crime in the parking lot and expect people to try to break in when not there. Gross apartments worst management.

If you want to live in the same complex as a sex offender (received notice in the mail they let a sex offender move in 2021) and it is a playground here, roaches in your refrigerator, on/in stove, being woken up at 4: 30am by loud noises from upstair neighbors and they don’t do anything about it, your license plates stolen then this place is for you. If not PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I’ve went to the office on 4 different occasions with video of my upstairs neighbor loud noises and NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN even left voicemails. I even called the cops, if it’s no violence occurring they can’t do anything about it. Yesterday 08/22 I left a voicemail about my neighbors and guess what? This morning 08/23 same thing. THEY ARE LAZY and as long as the rent is paid on time they don’t care what goes on here. I can write an essay alone on the roaches. I was in the office 1 time and a roach fell from the ceiling on the desk in front of me and the office staff, yuck. I’m not sure if it’s water pest control are spraying but THE ROACES NEVER GOES AWAY. I used to put ALL my food in the refrigerator because I was afraid the roaches might get in, but to Open my refrigerator and see one crawling is absolutely disgusting. The roaches are always on the stove. NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU CLEAN THE ROACHES NEVER DISAPPEAR.the office will act clueless to why you have roaches like they don’t know this entire complex has an infestation of ROACHES. It’s always big piles of Dog poop out side. Let me not even start on every other day it’s a pipe leaks that they sends no notice for. PLEASE DON’T RENT HERE. By the way the 1 star is for maintenance because they have always did a great job and on time. Maybe they need to hire the maintenance men to work in the front office, maybe things can get done. ALL THE WOMEN THERE EVER DO IS SIT THEIR LAZY self IN THE OFFICE EVERY DAY ALL DAY ACTING CLUELESS TO THEIR TENANTS ISSUES. Today 09/19 another water leak that was supposed to last 40 mins with no notice sent out which currently is still off 4 hours later. Like I said the ladies in the office act so confused when they know what is going on.

I have not seen any roaches.
My blessed air conditioner works every day. (It was 117 degrees this summer)
My bike and bike rack were taken the first night. (get the insurance)
I like the area and the people are fine.
