The Sanctuary at South Mountain reviews
6Great little family style horse boarding facility. Large pens, arena, and turn outs. The boarders are great and the ranch manager is fantastic. Can’t say enough positive things about this place!
Kitty, the owner, is committed to giving each and every horse the best experience possible. From the large, well-ventilated and well-kept stalls, to the consistent feeding times, as well as the high quality exercise facilities, the Sanctuary Stable cannot be beat. And, did I mention the trails accessible on South Mountain near the property. Plus the beauty of the sunrise on South Mountain and sunsets over the Estrellas. My horses have never been happier than to be living at The Sanctuary.
Kitty is amazing. My horse arrived on transport and was literally clinging to life. Kitty and her staff provided round the clock care and supplied supplements for my mares stomach etc. Today my mare is a big healthy. Kitty kept her safe and healthy. It is truly all about the horses at The Sanctuary at South Mountain. I LOVE it here!
Hi don’t know much about horses! But I seen how well they treated this beautiful animals. Like to watch when they are training horses! Is fun.
I serviced one of the staffs trucks.
The owner of this horse sanctuary is not a nice person. We were looking for a home for 2 horse after the owner had a stroke. The horse sanctuary owner, Kitty, was so disrespectful and rude towards us. It was a terrible experience dealing with her. We were only trying to help our friend out by finding a new home for his horses. If she is capable of treating people this way, I can't imagine how she treats the horses.
Been here for over 4 years and we love the facility, boarders, horses, management, quality of feed, care and facility and etc. I am not easy to impress but me and my horse are very happy.
