I called attempting to make an appt for a back facial. Due to a head/neck injury I had over 30 years ago as a baby, I asked if they have a set up like a massage bed with the pillow on the end I can put my head in. Lying flat on my stomach and having to turn my neck to the side for an hour is extremely uncomfortable. Rather than telling me they do not have that and letting me make the decision to make/not make an appt, the owner said it’s not safe to provide a back facial to someone with a neck injury. I have gotten several back facials and a deep tissue massage 2 times a month (lying on my stomach with my neck neutral, placed in the pillow) for years with no issues. I’m also a well-educated healthcare provider and know the owner’s response makes zero sense and there are zero risks in me getting a back facial with my medical history. I simply asked if there was a set-up like a massage table so that I could rest my neck in a neutral position while lying on my stomach for an hour so that I could be more comfortable. The response from the owner was shocking and disgusting.

To the owners response: Almost everything you have written is dishonest. Again, I do not have a back injury. The person I spoke with relayed a message from you, The owner, that you didn’t have what would make me comfortable with my medical condition and therefore would not schedule an appt. Never was I told that you DID have the pillow like a massage table and that it was broken and I could schedule at a later time. I would NOT have been the slightest bit upset with such a response. I’m not sure how saying to your manager, “Okay, thank you. Bye” especially after the response she relayed from you, was rude. It’s obvious you have to make someone look rude and distort the facts for poorly rating your business.

Marsha went the extra mile to get me an appointment when I needed it, prior to an important event. Cydni did a fabulous job on my lashes! I will be back!

I went to Skin Café based on the reviews I saw online. Tammy is truly the best. Patient, understanding, and focused. She did a great job with my eyebrows and lashes. I had some issues during the 1st week and she invited me back to take a look and fix things up for me. I really appreciate the focus on the customer experience. Also, my eyebrows looked THE BEST it ever has because of the True Brow service. Thank you so much, Tammy!

Monthly I look forward to seeing Starr for a custom facial. I have problem areas/hormonal acne that has cleared up significantly in the last 8 months. Her expertise and guidance has boost my confidence with wearing less makeup while keeping a skin care routine at home. Starr is exceptional and I'm beyond happy with her knowledge. She creates a whole experience that is memorable and safe during these uncertain times. Her space is clean, inviting and relaxing.

Falcon did a wonderful job on my brows! I especially liked that she sought feedback from me, and offered to fix anything before she finished. I’m a retired nurse, and was satisfied re the attention to infection control. I will definitely be returning.

Service was great and friendly. However the next day the lashes started falling out. At the three-day mark, I have gaps and more loose lashes.

I’ve been going to Tammy for more than 8 years the best experience in beauty! Not only is her place professional, exceptionally clean, comfortable and friendly. I’ve had everything from lash extensions, facials, peels, massage, microdermabrasion, true brow, waxing. She has done a fabulous job and I plan on continuing my beauty regime with her! I had a wonderful experience at The Skin Cafe in Gilbert AZ.
They’ve got such an inviting ambiance and my lash technician Jasmine Maynes was absolutely amazing! Her personality is so awesome that you can't help but feel at ease around her. She made sure to take the time to ask exactly what I wanted, then created it swiftly and with great precision. I’m defo planning on getting a few facials the next time I go.
Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! Go! You won't regret it!
