Only gets 2 stars bec the complex itself is dope.no parking for residents if u dare get home past 8pm and management is abundantly corporate

This apartment complex is very nice. Love the big closet space and the big kitchen counter island. I love going to the resident events. Jen upfront would always make my day with a joke and a smile. I love that she would brighten my day even when it wasn’t a good day for me. The management team here are great. I recommend renting here and meeting wonderful tenants. The pool area is great and it’s so close to restaurant and bars. The entire team really does care about the tenants happiness and will go above and beyond as much as they can to assure the property is well kept and keep the tenants happy to call this place home. They truly made our living there nothing less than amazing and joyful. Definitely worth taking the time to go tour!

All of the girls at the front desk are amazing! Kris tena is who helped me lock into my lease and was very helpful. I love the vibe of the complex, and prices are very reasonable.:)
Also sam just started and can already tell she’s a great addition to your staff.
Definitely check this place out!
Had to come back and add that Jen has been amazing! Also so sweet!

We just moved out of this property and had an amazing year at this property. Jen is an amazing leasing consultant and a true asset to the community! She was always friendly and greeted us with a welcoming smile. She’d go out of her way to make sure we were always well taken care of as well as helpful with any of our questions or concerns. The maintenance guys were always on top of any requests we submitted and quick to fix the issue as well being professional and knowledgeable. The property was always well maintained and close to a lot of great places in midtown Phoenix. Come check out the apartments and get luxury living and luxury service.

When my roommate and I pondered moving to Phoenix, we were hesitant. Out of all of the places we looked, The Thomas at Midtown made the most sense. This was considered with location, rent price, and overall safety. This apartment embodies all of it. We recently just moved from renting a house, which was ideal not having to deal with management, like Weidner who owns The Tom Scot. If you ever have the choice to not go with Weidner, please save yourself the constant frustration and anger. Since moving here, Jen and her staff were very welcoming and did all that they could to make the move in process as swift as possible. After living here for 4 months, I can confidently say that this has been my best apartment complex yet. Jen constantly checks up on us, walks the apartment herself to make sure everything is running smoothly, and her staff interact with the individuals who live here. While unforeseen repairs and events are normal with apartments, the Thomas at Midtown will come same day. I cannot thank Josh, Luke, and Vic enough. We put in a repair and I swear they came to the door 30 minutes later, which is unheard of. These guys do not get enough recognition and they do actually want to ensure that all tenants appliances and everything work to perfection. Jen, I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality, your attention to detail, and overall being there for your tenants. For all of the staff that I have not had the pleasure of meeting, I thank you for all you do on a daily basis. Living here as been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to resigning after our lease is up. While all of the praise should go to the staff, the complex itself it unreal. From the pool, to the grills/hang out spot, to the gym, to the apartments themselves are what you want. Very spacious 2 bedrooms with huge closest, bath tubs, to the actual bedroom. I have met some of the nicest tenants and it has been a pleasure meeting some wonderful people. I cannot recommend this place enough if you love Phoenix.

My wife and I wanted to move around midtown Phoenix because we were very familiar with this area many moons ago. However, not surprised at all the rent skyrocketed not only in our previous apartment complex but the surrounding areas.

The Thomas was still pricey for my standards but as mentioned above, it's a systemic issue. With that being said, I will give this complex 5 stars because it does have many stellar attributes. There are several great amenities provided such as pool, jacuzzi, game room, conference room and dog park. The last variable is important to me because we have two wonderful dogs. The dog park is spacious and has seating area.

Next, I believe is the most important variable is the management itself. The front desk and maintenance staff is very efficient and accommodating. The new community manager Sheyanne has elevated the standards of the property. Josh one of the maintenance head is hardworking and responsive. I can go on and on, but to summarize I highly recommend living here at Thomas.

I just wanted to take the time to appreciate staff member Kris-Tena she went beyond our expectations with her assistance. My husband and I went to the Thomas at midtown without a tour scheduled online and was still approached with respect, willingness to help, and still gave an in depth tour. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable and inviting! We were completely blown away by the property! I cannot wait to see what's in store. Thank you Kris-Tena!

This is a fantastic apartment complex. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always around to help. Food trucks on Tuesdays and a big screen in the shared space for games. After two years here, I’ve finally had some maintenance needs and the staff took care of both within hours - Josh is wonderful.

My review is based on my interaction with leasing staff, Jen and Leslie. I will be relocating to Phoenix from Dallas which is a bit stressful. I arrived in Phoenix last week to tour multiple properties, but chose The Thomas at Midtown due to the beautiful apartments and amenities. My final deciding factor was my amazing experience with Jen! She took the stress out of my apartment hunt by providing a great tour of the property. - she was super kind every step of the way. Leslie (Property Manager) was amazing as well! They both answered all of my questions honestly which was huge in helping me make a decision to rent there. I move in mid-February so I’ll be sure to come back and give an update. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Midtown area, I highly recommend you stop by to at least tour with Jen or another great leasing consultant.

I am so so happy with my experience at the Thomas since moving in 4 months ago. The complex itself is great with all the amenities you could ever ask for. But the true test of apartment living is always management.and thankfully I cannot say enough good things about them! They are always around for questions, I know exactly where to find them (not at all true of my previous complexes), and they keep residents informed and at ease. The management team is truly just a great team of people to interact with. Christina is particularly amazing and always brightens my day when I see her in the lobby. She is also a great resource if you need new hiking/trail recommendations.

I have several close friends living in nearby complexes who constantly complain about their building managers, so needless to say I feel very lucky that I found the Thomas! If you want a place that makes you feel right at home, look no further. I can't recommend it enough!

Rent has gone up every month and they do not have enough parking spaces. If you get home at night you are out of luck finding somewhere to park.

We put in a maintenance request Thursday September 30th and still have not been taken care of or acknowledged on October 3 4 days later.

Okay first off all those negative reviews had to be from before Jen and everyone started working here because This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I walked in (thinking it was a hotel) Jen and the team have been non stop helping me. It was a little bumpy trying to lease due on my end but Jen was always on top and helping me along the way. This place is super dog friendly which is a major plus for my dog. The neighbors are super cool. I just been here less than a month and got invited to two cook outs and rooftop kick back. Btw this place has a super cool rooftop. The pool and Gym is definitely 2021 up to date. N the maintenance team is always around to answer questions or pet my dog. The dog park is also really nice. My dog loves playing around and rolling all day long. Most places if the gate stops working than the ts broken for months. The gate was down when I left to Walmart and they fix it before I got back. That’s crazy fast. Jen even gave me info on the secret of that hood fragrance system they used in the display room. Overall I have never been more satisfied with my experience so far. I’m so thankful to Jen and the team for working and being patient with me to get me in this place.

Very inconsistent trash pick up rules. Got fined $100 because they were not clear about the trash rules.

Also there is not enough parking so if you’re coming home late you’ll have to wait on the side of the road until a spot opens. Happens to me at least 2 times a week.

Not a big review poster but would like to warn others that you can find a better "luxury" place to spend your dollars.

Quality of service has really gone down since management change (about 1 year now) and they have really dropped the ball with COVID. Aside from serveral understandable operations blunders, they will not fix the hot tub or provide updates (months) and they will not put in extra effort to comply with COVID gym requirements. We pay for amenities and they have been taken away, regardless of COVID, management should have offered concessions to residents.

We will not be renewing our lease & I highly encourage you to continue your apartment search elsewhere.

Recently updated to 3 star because they are responsive & quick with work orders.

Previously known as Alta Midtown, with new management came change. Change can be uncomfortable at times but I believe that the new management has improved the place quite a bit since 2019 and still continues to make changes for the better! The team works great together in order to get things done and provide the best experience possible! Shout out to Leslie the property manager, Jen the regional, Oscar and Josh the maintenance team for all their hard work and amazing service to make residents feel at home!

Lived here for over a year and it’s fabulous! There were a couple little problems but they were resolved. The maintenance is fantastic! They’re very friendly and respond quickly. They don’t rub it in when you have an ID10T problem either. We just need access to the nitro cold brew in the lobby again and it will be perfect.

What can I say about the Thomas @ Midtown except the fact that I ABSOLUTELY love living here! My boyfriend and I are buying a house and that's literally the only reason we are leaving. I love the ladies in the lobby (especially Leslie:) ) they are always so helpful and on point about anything that I need. I love the amenities and being able to teach Yoga here has been a blessing. If you're thinking about renting here, think no more - this should be your home.

When this property first opened as Alta Midtown, it was great. The new management unfortunately does not take care of the property as well as the former owners.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first but unfortunately, they didn’t live up to their promises. I chose to move elsewhere and am glad I did. There’s better value in the area, do your research.

Management and amenities are what make a rental worth it’s value. I urge you to remember that as you choose your rental home.

I hate giving bad reviews, but I feel I owe it to the community on this one.
