Apparently either nobody is in the office or the staff refuses to answer the phone. Ever since the new management came in when I call to speak to someone it goes to vm and it's very disheartening and annoying

The Turn is a horrible place to live. I had to live for 7 months without a microwave because they refused to fix or replace the microwave that shorted itself out and threw sparks at me. Repeated maintenance requests went ignored. I was treated very rudely by leasing office staff after I reported my place was infested with roaches at move-in. They refused to believe there were roaches in there, but luckily a maintenance guy saw them because the leasing staff absolutely refused to take my word for it. I inadvertently paid rent twice one month, and when I cancelled one of the payments (the other went through) they counted it as non sufficient funds, which it wasn't. Because they wrongfully alleged non sufficient funds, my ability to pay rent via the portal was taken away and they forced me to pay by money order each month, for a year and a half. I paid super high rent each and every month on time and mysteriously was charged for two late fees. Staff was rude to me, incompetent, refused maintenance requests and caused me to ponder suicide following an immensely hateful verbal attack by leasing staff banging on my front door, disrupting my peaceful enjoyment of the property. How would you like to pay $1,738.26 per month for an apartment where leasing office staff was hateful, that was infested with roaches from the moment you move in, with a front door area that strongly smelled like dog poop and pee because they only cleaned the dog poop in the park when they felt like it, which wasn't enough? I picked up after my dog each and every time but many, many other residents did not. There was poop left all over the dog park for days, the poop bucket went unemptied for weeks, and poop was also outside the park everywhere else all across the property because of irresponsible dog owners, and the poop and pee smell wafting from the dog park is enough to choke you because the park is turfed and never rinsed. I absolutely hated living here, and cannot recommend this property to anyone. Their weak apology is insufficient for the pain and suffering The Turn staff and management inflicted upon me. Nonetheless because I am a good tenant I left the apartment in excellent condition regardless of the fact it was the most absurdly horrid and disgusting place I have ever lived, in my opinion and experience.

Stay away from this apartment. The worst maintenance service I’ve ever dealt with. Everything breaks. They take months to fix one small thing. -5/100.

I love the location and peacefulness of this apartment complex. I love the fact I can use the gym at any time.

The staff is by far the friendliest staff I have encounter in my years of Renting. The staff alone make this a very wonderful place to live!

As a resident at the Turn Apartments, I've consistently experienced prompt and efficient maintenance service from BJ. Recently, when my AC stopped working after hours, I called the emergency maintenance line and left a voicemail. To my delight, BJ responded within minutes and skillfully fixed our AC. I'm extremely satisfied with the exceptional service provided by our maintenance staff.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. If possible save a couple hundred or spend a couple hundred to live elsewhere. I was living in The Turn apartments from 2020 - 2023.
Since living there I have experienced my apt being broken into, attempts of break ins while and my car being stolen. Other tenants have had their items stolen from their garages by previous maintenance workers. I’ve had NUMEROUS maintenance issues that has always been pushed aside by the office and by maintenance. Window seals leaking, damaged flooring, leaking ac, sliding doors not locking and never being fixed was told to purchase my own burglar bar and a washing machine that leaked and was told they’d bring me a new washer and they never did until the washer flooded my entire apartment including the bedroom carpet. Then was told by the front office I am responsible for the carpet damage once I moved out because I did not obtain a receipt for the company that came out and did mold treatments in my apt when the apt paid for the treatments themselves. They will try to charge you as much as possible without doing their research or trying to find a resolution to the problem instead they’ll blame you and try to force you to pay out of pocket. I was told to figure it out with corporate or pay them their money. Parking here is horrible if you’re not in your apt and car parked by 830pm goodluck finding parking. You’ll be told by the front office to park across the street in a neighborhood. I asked the office about parking and was told I could pay an addtl fee for a garage of which they had none available all the while I had a newborn baby was still told to park across the street. I paid my break lease fee to avoid living here and would never move back nor would I recommend this property to anyone. Stay clear of this property.

Constant management change, and it does not improve as time goes by if anything it gets worse. I was a tenant here for 3 years and with the current office management I was yelled at over the phone and treated as if I was incompetent, the maintenance people are always coming and going because they themselves know this apartment complex has alot of flaws and issues. You will be lied to and taken advantage of if you aren’t careful. By far the worse apartment complex I’ve ever rented.

HORRIBLE place to live. They have been charging me bogus insurance compliance fees even though I have insurance because the person that sent me move in instructions gave me the wrong information. So instead of training their staff they take it out on tenants and charge them fees even though I have proof I got the wrong info plus I paid my rent late one day in April because I saw those insurance fees and I wanted to wait until i went into the office the next day so they could fix it. BIG MISTAKE they do not care instead I had to pay insurance fees PLUS late fees even though the manager Elena Macias agreed to remove now im in June still with late fees and they do not want to help the late fee is only there because I paid the rent late for something that was not my fault they gave me the wrong info. Do not move here it is not worth the price to have these headaches I reached out to their corporate in hopes they make this right Customers/Tenants should not have to pay for their employees mistakes.

We went in for a tour and Eimy was amazing! She was so informative and extremely helpful. If you’re looking at these apartments definitely ask for Eimy!

I loved the apartments when Robin and Amanda were there but the office staff now is no help and absolutely disrespectful. We bought a house and responded to my portal not he 3rd of January that we would not be renewing our lease (the only reason I seen this was because I paid the rent) on the 24th we closed on our house and had only 1 month left on the year lease and we received a call from the office stating, " we seen you did not want to renew your lease we are calling to make sure it was a mistake. " I excitedly stated, " no we just purchased a home and will not be renewing and then I began getting nasty attitude by the property manager. " My Fiancé went to go talk to them and they became distant and rude and not helpful. The words to him was, " you need to be out by the end of the week and we will take your security deposit and you will owe February or we evict you. " I felt very uneasy about this. I went in ALONE and to protect my self had the phone recording the office manager telling me the exact same thing. So we moved out. I now have a bill in collections for 6700. Please tell me how you kicked us out VIDEO RECORDING and now you charged us more than what the manager stated. I am extremely confused how you could tell us to be out in 4 days but not allow us to finish out our lease. We were given a leave in 4 days and pay less or get evicted or pay 2 more months even though a notice was given but thought it was a mistake.

I would move here but the office staff is rude, disrecpectful and took their authority too far. They trick you and scare you and then go back and screw you over. Hopefully the screen shots of my notice and the video works. SCREENSHOTS were sent to the office manager which in the video she stated she would wave the extra months. CONAM please discuss this with your workers.

Lived here for several years and been through different management which isnt a big deal but the past couple of managers over the last year wouldn't do anything about a horrible cracked out neighbor constantly harassing me and even threatening me for simple things like using my bathroom, shower etc. I never blasted music or did anything to rightfully trigger them yet I was threatened and harassed for a long time while trying to get the apartment to atleast talk to them in which even the previous manager told me how she had to step away from the resident because they became too aggressive yet nothing was ever done because "they paid money to be there too". Things escalated to the point where I had to just give up on the apartment and leave because my life became threatened as well. Do not move here unless you want to pay California prices for an area where shootings happen almost every week, you have a 50/50 chance of being moved next to cracked out psycho neighbors or dealing with incompetent management that could care less about the residents safety.

Our experience living at The Turn started in the spring of 2019. We live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with our kids and our Rent is about 2300 right now. We of course have gone through some maintenance requests and other things. In the past all these were graded from non-emergency to immediate attention. Thankfully they were taken care of without any hassle and stress. During all these years we have also seen changes of staff and management take place. We have adjusted to the changes and have met with all of them. Hoping that any issues that we may have, will still be looked at as in the past, but it has changed. In January 10th of this year we had a pipe from our bathroom tub leak water to the next apartment, and there apartment got some kind of water damage. They came in to my apartment to evaluate problem. They Had someone come work on it and then management said that in about 1 to 2 weeks it would get all resolved. Well we are now in April and no one has been here to finish the work. We have a non-working bathroom which is the one our kids or any visitors were able to use. But since January anyone needing bathroom needs to go through our bedroom and use our private bathroom. During all this ordeals we have been paying our full rent always. Manager did mention that they could see about a discount but that if they do it now we won't get another discount even if it takes longer to get it fixed. Which sounds unfair. Imagine if I would of gotten a discount in February or March, I would still be without a bathroom. It has been very stressful and seems unbelievable to me that so much time has passed and I get no day as to when I will see this fixed completely and what they will do to compensate for losing a bathroom since January. I hope this gets to someone that can really help with our issue here. Feeling stressed at The Turn.

I really enjoy my stay here at The Turn, the apartment is great, the maintenance is great. The office staff does change a lot but again that is something no one can really control. Other than that the property is nice and quiet, unless your apartment is by the road lol.
