The UPS Store, Glendale AZ

I always come to this location and the workers are very helpful. They’re pretty busy here but do a great job. I drop off packages almost weekly to get shipped out and really appreciate their help!

Sadly, I have nothing good to say about this UPS Store - #5320, because Ryan was extremely rude and hostile towards us from the moment he started serving us. We went there to mail 4 packages and when we asked Ryan if he could please give us the rates for shipping priority vs.first class, he told us, "I honestly don't feel like typing in the addresses to check the rates. " Ryan then pressed us to make a decision before he proceeds. When I asked politely for his patience, he went on an angry tirade about how he has "all the patience in the world. " After we chose a shipping mode, he then deliberately slammed our packages on the counter multiple times as he sealed them with tape, which he did angrily and incompletely. I was taken aback by his rudeness and abrasiveness and personally felt offended and disappointed by his complete lack of customer service and basic courtesy. I hope the owner reads this and does something to address this behavior with their employee, not only for business sake, but for the sake of serving our community with the utmost of commitment.

I wish I can put less than one star to this location.very bad customer service.neglectful people.

Dropping off amazon returns here after Kohl’s was miserable to try and deal with. The team here was so helpful and I was done with the whole thing in no time at all!

Taves, Ryan, Ariana are great, they're always friendly, always helping me with questions. I feel comfortable coming into this store

I just left your store and the young gentleman was very professional and efficient. There were several customers ahead of me and I was ready for a long wait. But I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I'm a pleased customer!

I go often and Taves is always so helpful and friendly with a smile and greeting the minute I walk in. I also have to give a shout out to, Cole, he too was knowledgeable and helpful. THANKS GUYS! Ryan, you too gave fantastic service!

Terrible absolutely terrible customer service. Here the Manager expecially. It's so disappointing that that's what they have setting a example for there company.

When I went in there were 4 people ahead of me. Ryan was super efficient, helpful and pleasant and I was out of there in about 8 minutes. Ryan is really an amazing employee in my opinion. Such a pleasant experience!

I'll never use this location again! Adriana horrible customer service. Rather argue with the customer than be of any help! To the owner of this franchise, you need to have a talk with her about what customer service means!

Friendly staff but the notary is not always there as stated in the ad or on the website. So I had to go to another location after calling around this time to make sure there was actually one there. On other occasions this locations is great if you want to ship something quick.

Really cool gal with awesome hair and badass eyeshadow was super friendly and helpful! She offered a receipt and some ups stores never do or say they cannot print them, which is a little unsettling as an avid ebay seller. I want to have proof that I've shipped the item. This store was on point! Thank you.

Super careful w my packages and always greeted w a smile here.
Lots of differently mailing materials along w cool stationary and few card options.
Convenient in an out driving area.
