The best place to come. The customer service is GREAT**** The employees are friendly and always helpful. I love coming hear. ZETTA is my best employee he is always happy makes my day when I need help in anything.

I have to begging with how frustrating and stressful my day was in my attempt to ship an oversized box. "40x40x4" Every quote I was receiving either matched the price of the object I was attempting to ship, or cost substantially more. But there is a very happy ending to my tragic tale. My hero appeared in the form of a charismatic, thoughtful and patient UPS employee. This employee only went by the name "Z, " and fortunately he was able to solve the riddle of my shipping and packaging sorrows. Thank you, "Z, " and thank you UPS Store #6422. I can honestly say, I'll be sleeping sounder this evening.

Z is fantastic I love seeing him, he’s so sweet and always makes sure everyone is taken care of, if anyone needs help he points you in the right direction! I love coming to ups just for him? Everyone here is sooooo helpfulll

The employee named “Zee” was incredibly rude and unprofessional not only to me but his coworkers that offered to help me. My employer instructed me to return equipment without a box but Zee demanded it be in a box and refused to scan all my QR codes. Now I’m worried my equipment won’t be sent back correctly. I’ll be driving an extra 15 miles next time to avoid this guy and this store.

I came in to return an Amazon package. Zee and Rebecca were a pleasure to deal with. They were both very helpful and nice. Great customer service!

This ups should be open until 5 pm like other businesses. I have been here in the past and nor been happy doing business business with this location

The customer service at this location and amazing. Z was very very helpful when I came in yesterday and went above and beyond to assist me. The rapport with the customers that come in is great and the environment is really pleasant. If I could give more than 5 stars I will.

Great service josh did an awesome job took me in when I needed a notary without an appointment such a great soul went out of his way to make sure I got the services I need and not to mention the girl in the store she was moving the line like there was no tomorrow I will be back again best ups store in buckeye

Zee has the worst customer service ever! I've never had an issue returning an Amazon package in the original packaging. Now a new box is policy? Since when? And to snicker and whistle after not wanting to do your job is just rude! Now ups has to come to tonopah to pick up a package that should have been taken in store.

I ordered some tires from amazon, ups delivery driver delivered them unwrapped just strapped together; they were the wrong size so I have to return them. I came to the UPS on watson rd and they refused to take the tires; the manager there said they have to be fully shrink wrapped in order for them to take them. All the tires already had their individual shipping label with weather protection. This store let me down: (

Attempted to return an amazon item, the
man behind the counter told me i had to have the original amazon box that the item was shipped in (the box was 40x bigger than the box i attempted to return). Ive returned items here multiple times with no issues, but seeems like this guy just hated his job and the customers that pay his check! O well, ill just take my business elsewhere. Have a "blessed" day!

My first experience here was great! Had to return some Amazon items and it was a breeze! The two young ladies at the counter were so friendly and were the highlight of the visit. Finally there is a sign that customer service still exists. This will definitely be our first choice when it comes to UPS store services! Thank you!

I have been ro several UPS stores, some better than others. The UPS STORE on Watson in Buckeye has the best first class service! Zee, is amazing, caters to his customers, always willing to help, and professional. For aomeone of my age, I truly appreciate someone taking the time to explain things to me, ZEE does this. Other UPS stores could learn a thing or two from the Watson Buckeye store, especially from ZEE.
