Best UPS store in town! Very helpful and kind staff that greet you with a smile. They are very knowledgeable and they always try to give you the best deal with whatever you bring in. This is definitely my go to UPS store whenever I need to send anything out!

Long overdue review. Carlos and his staff are top notch. Always professional, courteous and willing to help. I only come to this store for any of my printing/shipping needs. Have needed to assist cross-country clients with their shipping needs and each time I've reached out to Haley, Carlos, or Eric I have experienced superior service and courtesy. Contrary to their website, notary services are not free. In fact they’re ridiculously overpriced for their “per signature “ service.

All of the staff go above and beyond every time. I can't say enough good things about them! Service is great, and they really get to know their customers. Having a mailbox there is really convenient, and I don't have to worry about packages being stolen. I'm very happy with this UPS Store location!

I just moved to Tucson and was so very glad to see a UPS Store. I am so impressed with the team and the care they show to each customer, even to know a lot of them by first name. Carlos is my hero because he retrieved my USB which has my life on it and last i feel like Norm from Cheers. Love this store and all the team

I was here a week ago and it was pretty cool, specially the young blonde woman, she was really profesional and wich is better she can speak Spanish¡¡, so dont hesitate to talk with her.

What a wonderful experience - so much better than I had at 2 other UPS stores. Carlos was kind, helpful, courteous, interested, knowledgeable. I walk with a cane and he was kind enough to wait for me to get to the door when I was leaving and hold it for me. Then he wished me a good day and there was no doubt that he meant it.

The other day, I came into the store with a rather annoying situation. I was very hesitant about coming in, but luckily Dallelh was super helpful and she was able to assist me in Spanish which was all the more better! Haley was also very kind and brought up my energy that day:)

I have been a customer at this store for many years. They are great! I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile, a hello and even friendly conversation. The service is top notch. I travel a lot and Carlos Robles takes care of everything for me while I'm gone to include holding my packages and forwarding my important mail. The people in here are friendly and personable. They have gotten to know our names and treat us like family. Eric, Haley, Carlos, and Delelh have been terrific in helping us get our packages mailed in a timely manner and ensure we are taken care of when we visit.

The team at this location is the greatest. If you need a safe/clean place to have your packages and mail delivered or to ship anything out, this store is the place to go. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to assist you with loading packages in or out of your car no matter how many or how heavy.
