The UPS Store reviews
6They charge $2 for an email and. 18 to print a one page document. Just want to put that out there for anyone looking for a simple print solution.
Unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff needs to be retrained on the difference between restricted and prohibited shipping items. I came in today to mail two electronics to an address within the state via ground shipping. Which is allowed per the UPS website. All employees in the store were at a loss as to whether they could ship my items. After waiting an excess amount of time for the woman helping me to call their corporate office I was turned away because she was told they were restricted items. Restricted items can be shipped under the correct circumstances, only prohibited items cannot be shipped. She then suggested I print a label myself and lie about the contents. Pretty sure this is illegal, as lithium batteries need to properly labeled and handled so as not to injure anyone.
I love love this store! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a hi and a smile!
I just left today and dealt with Aaron and I was super stressed and he just made the transaction so so simple! THANK YOU ALL!
I had two large Amazon box returns. I was by myself parked close to the front door but I was blatantly struggling to hold the boxes, not fall, and not get run over by a car in the parking lot. I looked up and one of the girls, I didn’t get her name, saw me coming and opened the door for me. No one else was in the store so I know she saw me struggling and she met me at the door, holding it open. It was such a kind gesture, I wish I knew her name but it was beyond spectacular service
I would like to say how helpful Aaron was today while helping me mail a very heavy box (for me) and an envelope. He took me through every step seamlessly and with confidence. He was also very kind and pleasant. Thank you Aaron for everything.
