Amazing customer service, everytime I come in this location everyone is friendly and ready to help. Bradly is a really knowledgeable employee and extremely professional! Keep up the good work guys!:)

If I could do negative stars I would! I have not experienced such poor customer service in my life. I walked in to drop off a package and needed assistance with the label. There was one employee there in the back on her phone. I stood there patiently maybe 5 minutes thinking she might be in the middle of something. I finally said "hello excuse me" and all she said back was "I heard you". The level of disrespect I received was unbelievable. She then assisted me saying not one word. I asked her if everything was okay with the label and she did not respond to me at all! Not even with small talk, she resumed quiet. I asked for her name and she told me she didnt have to give me that. So then I asked for a manager and she said he wasnt there. I called the location a few minutes later to speak to someone else, the employee answered the phone. I asked to speak to management to file an employee complaint and heard SILENCE. Guessing it was the same girl. I kept saying "Hello, hello, Hellooooo? " Until finally the manager got on the phone. Didnt present himself as manager just answered and said, "this is bradley". I proceeded to explain the experience I had and he showed no compassion for my awful experience. This location is horrific in customer service! Please drive somewhere else do not waist a minute here. Oh, and the employee name is Jess. Hoping the manager gave me her real name.

This is old but I decided to share they stole a pair of shoes I sent to be returned because they was to small I asked if I needed to put the shoes into anything they was already in the box taped come to find out one of the boxes was returned with no shoes smh and what do I look like taking an empty box to be returned well I never got my refund because no shoes was in box but I'm sure the girl stole them they was Jordan and I remembered her saying she had a son around the age of my son so I'm definitely able to put two and two together I never went back there thiefs I should filed a police report I did because I just felt like I didn't need to do all that she knew what she had did

Customer service is definitely missing, not the first time either. Walked in, no greeting so I greeted the employee (Jessa). She just looked at me and walked away. Her coworker (the notary guy, sorry didn't get his name) was having a hard time scanning my QR code, so he said his coworker would help me out. Walk towards her register and she just walked away. He gave her a glance but instead of saying anything he went ahead and helped me out. He's the only reason I'm not doing a one star review.

Took some stuff to get laminated and all 5 were messed up including one that got damaged In the process. Never had issues with kinkos or fed ex. The lamination had bubbles and just looked horrible. Never coming here again nor would I recommend to anyone.

Very unprofesional & sloppy with work ethics, too bad I can't give minus stars. Lost Amazon again.

They don't return your stuff to amazon than amazon charges you.than you have to deal wit amazon good thing amazon is great. Seems that this Ups store is being run by the smoke shop next door.

Been going to this location for 5+ years now. This place SAVED ME my entire time in highschool because we never had a way to print my essays for English and History.

The workers here go above and beyond to get you what you need. If you're unsure how to use the computers or printers, as long as they aren't busy processing packages, they've always helped.

Only gripe i have is they charge you fees for the little things, like accessing the computer. Which is almost entirely essential for faxing documents or printing. Id rather them raise the fee on the actual product thats produced instead of for using the computer.

I absolutely love this store every time I go in which is often there always kind quick to help and service is good.

Alexis helped us with a notary this morning and she was super happy and friendly, and such a great first impression of this business! Wow

Not happy with UPS at all. I received a notice that they tried to deliver something, I asked for it to be redelivered to my address it’s been over a week and I haven’t received anything and they do not ever answer the phone. Very poor service

This is probably the worst UPS in the valley. Employees need to work on customer service skills.

20 minutes late to open and when they provided my fingerprint services they were all wrong and the fingerprints where invalid the way they did them. Will not be back as nobody who works at this location seems to care.

On Saturday 1/21 I had excellent service from the notary for fingerprinting. On Tuesday 1/25 the service for printing a document was sub par. The employee was less than courteous and I had to pull information out of them just to get the process started. Maybe I'll go somewhere else.

I was able to get my fingerprints done quickly and with no hassle! Employees are nice and helpful. People shouldn’t be so quick to judge and be hateful just because something doesn’t go your way. Policies are in place for a reason!
