The UPS Store, Tempe AZ

This is my first introduction to the automated Amazon return system, which will work well when people are used to using it, but I’m used to having great service from the people at the UPS counter. This experience was not that. One of the scans didn’t work so I asked Noch for some help. He said the code was not UPS and went back to fiddling with some packing tape. Luckily I knew from past experience that I could cancel the return, and re-enter it as a UPS return. I processed the rest of my returns, but I didn’t get a receipt for any of the ones I processed before the error, and the Amazon app had not logged these transactions. I was concerned that it might not process correctly. Noch’s nonchalant response that that’s just how it works and he couldn’t print a receipt was not reassuring. I don’t think I will be going back there.

This location I usually get lucky and the people are friendly, today Enok (probably spelled it wrong) laziest worker there I feel bad for his co workers. So amazon is doing this thing where you have to be careful of the location because it's automatically choosing staples and he was trying to tell me to drive to staples.um no sir gas is too expensive and I'm using my break for this.

THERE IS A CANCELATION BUTTON THAT YOU CAN DO AND REDO WHERE YOU WANT TO RENEW DONT LET HIM TURN YOU AWAY,
poor old lady came in with a big box and he made her go to staples, I wish I figured it out before she left.
He was so mad he just went to hide in the back and his coworker (sorry I forgot your full name starts with a B, has an afro) he was amazing! Kudos to you for actually wanting to work and having a great attitude

They don't actually stay open until the posted time. Door is locked before posted close time.

I've always received good service here. I usually just need it to drop off a return but have also gotten printouts of documents as well and they've always been helpful and friendly.

I asked why most UPS stores are one dollar for a copy, and the clerk said each store is owned by a different person and this store determined that four dollars is a good price for one black and white copy. Amazing.
