Amazon return computers never work here or they claim to never be working. Don’t go here if you need services they will leave you always looking for a real UPS store that will help you.

Employees are always friendly and helpful. Younger guy working this morning was very kind and engaged in conversation rather than just taking my package and saying thanks!

I've had a mailbox here for at least 5 years, never had an issue picking up or dropping off. They'll toss the garbage ads that plague mail (thx, USPS) and sign for packages.

After moving close to this location, I have recently relied heavily on this UPS store to solve critical, urgent tasks for delivery and printing.

I work in the medical device industry and the work of the store associates (particularly Travis, David and Marco) has been invaluable to myself and my organization these last few weeks. Their quick work, attention to detail and genuine concern for my needs have made this store my new go-to (taking business from Fed-Ex in the process).

Additionally (and most importantly) the quality of the work from every associate has been surpassed only by their friendly, positive attitude.

Please heap on the praise and reward this excellent crew, I look forward to continuing to do business with this store.

I got a quote from FedEx and it was quite expensive and I got the same quote from UPS from this store, it was reasonable and overnight shipping. Amazing service. Employees are nice here, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

They don't answer the phone and the person who does the notaries shows up when ever the hell they want!

If I could rate zero stars I would, I had brought in two packages to be delivered one of them was to be overnighted I was told it would be $102.94 for overnight or $74 to be delivered Saturday which was the next day, it was really important that the stuff got there overnight so I paid the $102.94, I later found out that it wasn't delivered overnight or on Saturday or even on Sunday, it wasn't delivered until Tuesday when I had brought it in to this UPS store on a Thursday to be overnighted and I had called and asked for my money back they told me that the guy wasn't supposed to guarantee me that it would be overnighted and that it was only supposed to cost me $43, not $102 and I'm still waiting for them to contact me about getting my money back two weeks later! They overcharged me and now is refusing my refund and I'm furious about it! It was important that the paperwork got where it needed to get overnight if I had known that it was going to take that long I wouldn't have paid that price to begin with!
