It's ridiculous that it's 15.00 per pkg! Will use other mail pickup. Shame on them for ripping off the customer. The store on 16th charges 10!
Usually the service is great my packages are generally boxed right in front of me and the customer service is exceptional. Today however I was treated as though my business didn't matter. The guy who helped me basically blew me off and the lady who later addressed me also treated me as though my request was out of the way, she was down right rude.
Tony at this store was a great help making my package smaller and saving me some $money! And had a great attitude while helping me. Thank you!
