The UPS Store, Gilbert AZ

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful. I often come here for Amazon returns, and they are always pleasant and patient. Today, I received above-and-beyond friendliness from Ray (or Rae; I'm not sure how she spelled it). I had around six returns and she handled the transaction masterfully. I fortunately had all of my returns organized with screenshots ahead of time to streamline the process, but I was unable to tape one of my boxes, and she offered to do it for me. I hope her bosses read this to know their staff are doing a great job!

Everyone at this store was really helpful —I came in during lunch. Immediately they helped me with some printing work, but I had to step outside to verify some information. When I came back multiple other customers were ahead of me in line and all being served politely by multiple staff members. Everyone was working. The team members who had not helped me at first acknowledged me, and I waited patiently. When my time to finalize everything came up, they were helpful and efficient. Really, everyone was just very kind. One employee was named Ty. I didn’t see the names of the two ladies, but they were also really helpful. 10/10 would come back.

This employee was amazing and made everything very simple.
They deserve a raise.

I went in and the clerk said he couldnt take a fedex dropoff, but helped mebimmediately apply tape and my label for free. Great service!

The UPS store on Gilbert and Baseline rocks! The young people that work there are amazing. Soooo nice and sooo patient. The other UPS stores in the vicinity have grumpy people working there. So come to this one!

Sorry I don't remember her name but she was middle-aged female with white/grey-ish hair. I visited the UPS store on 12/5 at around lunch time. She was so helpful. I didn't know I could get stamps from UPS so my next place to go after UPS was USPS just to get some stamps for my Christmas cards. The lady at UPS saw my Christmas cards in red envelopes and asked if I needed stamps too. Absolutely yes! So I was able to get holiday special stamp book and send them all there at UPS store as well as sending my 2 mails to 2 different countries overseas plus shipping a box package to California. She saved my trip to USPS! (And you all know how horrible USPS is.) While she was helping me with those 2 envelopes mailing internationally, she had a little issue figuring it out how but she sought for help from her coworker and solved it fantastically. And all the process only took less than 10minutes. I really appreciate for her help and she was super nice, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Please give her a big compliment!

And all other staff there are just so amazing too! This is my go to UPS store for sure. I had not that good experience at other locations. Everyone here is so helpful and awesome!

This place is great! Ive been using this location for a solid year and a half. I live in Scottsdale but occasionally have to go to Gilbert for work ect. I save all my printing needs for this location. Last year they had all these GIANT heads printed of different people for different occasions, I thought they were great and they made one for my kids 13 th birthday! I have my company menus printed there and will eventually have my A frames printed as well. Oh and personal things. Thanks guys!

This "USED" to be a great store but the owner is so extremely misogynistic that both of the nicest ladies that used worked there unfortunately are no longer there. It's weird that there's no females that work now

I have used this UPS Store on multiple occasions for printing services. Trevor has always been so helpful in creating just was I was looking for. His kindness, promptness, honesty and professionalism always reins. Thank you all for always providing stellar service!

A big thank you to Trevor and Carson for always being the best part of my trips to this store. I am always sure I am receiving the best price they can get me for whatever length of time I need. They take special care of me and make my shipping much less of a headache! I have gone many other places and nowhere is as nice and efficient as this one.
