The UPS Store, Tempe AZ

Don’t go to this store both the guys who work there are not helpful and one guy with the name Dominic helped me check out with the receipt but with the incorrect tracking number. He Printed two itemS with the same tracking number instead of printing two separate labels which I have sent to their store email. One of one of the items had gone missing, so I went back to the store to inquire if they shipped or if it is sitting in the store. They don’t have camera recordings nothing. They said UPS delivery service Probably picked it up already, called ups but the they claim that they do not have it yet. So either this store did not send my package ever or UPS might have got it somewhere in their delivery center or did something. They printed out labels for me and it is their responsibility to take care of them.

So I just went to Notary a document today around 09: 15 AM and the guy told me Notary between 10 AM & 5 PM and the person does the Notary not available. But on 05-21-2020 I went to the same location and same guy around 07: 40 AM and he himself notarized the document for me his name is Terence E Cronin. That is a very bad experience since I came all the way down to seek your service.

Had the best experience. Had a couple of packages to return / drop off. It took me less than a minute to do so. The staff were so responsive and helpful. For one on my package, I hadn't taken the return label, the staff printed it for me. They even tape your box and pack it safely. No signature, no ID proof, nothing required. The best drop off experience I ever had in my life.

This UPS store is closest to my house. Always friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes when you get here, there are huge delivery trucks in the parking lot, blocking some of the spaces in an already tight parking area. There have been a couple of times I couldn't get to the ink store next door because these trucks were double parked in front of ups.

Reviewed 02/13/17. Have had a mailbox here for 5 years. Staff is great. Love Terry and Aria. Never had any problems with mail, shipppng, etc.

Terrible service my husband passed away not even 2 months ago I needed papers notarized for his lien holder to get paid for a car he had totalled before his death I would get nothing out of it and the employee said she did not feel comfortable notarizing my paperwork even know I'm the executor to his a state

I was given the best customer service by Michael. He explained ways to save money, and he got me out of the store quickly.

Stole one of my images and used it for advertisement. No reply when emailed them. Not cool, Not Legal and not something a professional printing company would do.

I receive so much junk mail at my residence I was forced to sign up with UPS. My experience at the broadway rd location has been amazing. They are helpful, friendly and take great care of me each and every time. I wish I switched sooner.

Aryon positively rocks my sock. Totally dumped a last minute print job into her lap and not only was she friendly and accommodating, she helped me out of a major pickle, all in time for a much needed, last minute print job. She went above and beyond. This employee is a keeper!

Every time I try to call it says call cannot be completed! They can't even keep their information accurate!

We've been into this store a couple of times and have been pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Add in a clean location and we were pleased [although we have generally avoided shipping to much stuff from here as it can become expensive, quickly].

I have no issues at this location. Very polite staff. Michael is very nice and so is the brunette haired girl, don't know her name.

I went in to get paperwork for selling a house notarized. The gentleman with a troubled eye was extremely rude. He pulled papers right out of my hand. I had a similar experience with him many months ago with notary services. I will avoid using this location from now on.

They are good and not busy in store and they have a computer so helpful to work and they have different style for cart giving
