The UPS Store, Gilbert AZ

Not sure what changed but today at this store we now need other codes from Amazon to do return instead of the usual scan the bar code and print label method. Also they want 2.00 "download fee" lmao, and. 20 per print email page.what a joke. The power location doesn't play these games, its just scan and print. If you need people's. 20 cents that bad you should find a diff kind of business. Not coming back.

Shysters! I mailed a 5x7 envelope with 2 masks to family. They charged me $7.50 to send it US mail. 10 days later, the envelope was returned to my mailbox "for additional postage of $1.00" and to MY SHOCK, the UPS store put a. 65 stamp on it- 65 CENTS and I PAID THEM $7.50. DO NOT SHIP with these GREEDY people!

Worst experience ever the young man was rude. And would like to talk to owner ASAP about this young individual. Totally unprofessional

I just got something notarized at this store by anthony, excellent job! I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

Tanner doesn't understand how to calculate shipping prices. He's also rude and has no customer service skills.

Brian and Tracy are the franchise owners of this location. I've had a mailbox and done all of my post office/printing work at this location for 9 years. I run 2 businesses, and the entire staff has excellent customer service. Mailbox, printing, faxing, UPS mail and more - all available here. They are a great - highly recommended!

Wow, $107.89 to ship a letter overnight from Gilbert, AZ to Toronto Area.what a complete rip off.

We have used The UPS Store for over 3 years! Customer service is great! We will continue to use them for our mailbox and mailing needs!

Not sure if it's this location or just UPS altogether. But $52 for a two day shipping. Less than 10 lbs. Same package I was just quoted at USPS for $18 two day shipping. WOW! For some reason I was under the impression that UPS is better priced for bigger packages. But guess not.if it's UPS pricing then not the franhise owner fault. Just UPS.

The UPS Store on Pecos and Higley has been an outstanding partner of Higley High School. Brian and Traci Kaufman were huge supporters of our Athletic Hall of Fame. In addition, the customer service provided by their store is outstanding. I would highly recommend the UPS Store on Higley and Pecos.

This UPS Store is one of the best I have ever dealt with. The owner, his family, and staff, are extremely friendly, helpful, and resourceful. I can rely on them for any order and never had a single issue with any of my dealing with them through out the years.
