The UPS Store, Phoenix AZ

Paid almost 20$ to get an envelope shipped out and it was lost in transit and they can’t do anything about it. What a joke! Never will I use ups again.

Spend a lot of time returning things through UPS and I have never had a problem here would recommend.

Was expecting a very important letter that I needed to fill out, and fax to a company by the end of the wk. I called to see if it had come in, and the lady tells me they havent recieved any faxes since Friday, because the fax machine is out of ink. She doesn't know if it'll be up and running today. It depends on if the owner refills the ink cartridge. What kind of place that does faxing let their machine run out, and stay out, knowing that people are waiting on important material to come in. So unprofessional.

I can not recommend this location for several unprofessional reasons. Customer service here comes a bad very attitude. I will redirect my packages to another location that wants to be of good service to its customers.

These old ladies are rude! No type of customer service what so ever. "Who's next c'mon" that's no way to talk to customers. And 3 dollars to print a paper. Man y'all need new management

Rude older lady. I came in on a Sunday. I had questions and she was very rude didn't even look at me while she was talking to me, almost as she was bother that I was even there

The blonde haired middle aged woman apparently doesn't know how to work here. She asked me to forward a label to her and when I asked her to whom do I forward this label she replied "I don't know, I use a flip phone, you're supposed to know how to do that. " If you work here and you are requesting someone to forward a label to you, YOU should know how to do that to instruct your customers. Never coming here again.

Worst service I’ve ever had the old lady the only working old lady that’s there gives mean attitude for no reason just because she can’t scan a box and then Goes on to say OK whatever you need to buy a box are you kidding me this woman needs to get fired works around 3: 45 pm on weekends And gives me attitude for my own PACKAGE!? !? !? !?

The 1 (800) sucks they dont help you at all costumer service. My package is 4 days late. Pay the extra for fedex

This UPS location deserves a negative five stars! Their customer service is Absolutely Horrible! Especially the two older women who works here. I see they are quick to take a smoke break but, not quick to greet/help paying customers.
What ever happened to good customer service?

One of the ladies there is nice and helpful and other one is so rude I can't believe she works there.

Worst service ever. I went in to send packages, little minilla envelopes with bubble wrap in them. Going to different states. The girl rings 1 and tells me $1.13. I say ok. She rings 4 and tells me $5. I say ok. She say a piece. Like when the hell do u get to the price? I still had 3 more packages and this idiot talking about she forgot to weigh and measure them. HOW? IT'S YOUR ONLY JOB

I never rate but this time i had to. Worst store ever. Ladies were rude, seem like they just woke up or something. When we ask for help, I thought I was going to get kicked out of the store. Rude. No stars for them. They need customer service training.

I have used this place for a variety of reasons throught out many years. I like to support privately owned businesses when I can. This establishment offers a variety of services at reasonable prices. Friendly, knowledgable staff and usually very little wait. My go to place for shipping and other related issues.

I would give it 0 starts the lady was really rude and she just looked like she didn't wanted to be there and it smelled like ciggarets horrible customer service.

Old farts don't know what they are doing here, they charge prices that are higher than all of the other UPS stores, also they don't provide the same services (unless they get commission it's not happening) This store also smells more like cigarettes than a ashtray: (

I loved this ups store due to convenience and customer service. The staff were helpful in terms of politeness and understanding that I had a great lack of knowledge in mailing items. Despite my slacking the staff assisted me in packing up my textbook rentals and resale!

Wow I'm sorry some of you had some bad customer service there, I haven't had any yet they are all always nice and friendly maybe because I'm 6'3 300+ pounds and a black male lol T

These store saved my life when i need the notary service the two lady were really nice and help me.i had hand written notice to notarize no other place agree to notarize these ups on 43 did.
