9 I was going to be charged $6 for one piece of printed paper. SIX DOLLARS for one piece of paper. As in a $5 fee to email a document, $1 to print and taxes. Are the employees and staff here that entitled that a convenience fee of $5 must be applied in order to pull and email up and press print? OR is it this location racist? I am sorry that I have to question this but if I have been to countless other UPS stores throughout the US and have only been charged a $1 for emailing and printing one piece of paper. A $5 convenience is asinine. I will share this with the Corporation as well to see if this is a fair business practice. WOW! $5 for pulling and email up?
If their prices weren’t bad enough, their customer service is awful! Paige was condescending and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and use PostNet just the block up!
I will have to agree with the recent views. A $5 convenience fee is pretty high. Decided to go to PostNet at Hayden Peak.
This place is a rip off! DO NOT GO! You will be charged $5 to send an email, another $1 per paper printed and don't forget taxes. So all together I was going to be charged $6 + tax for one piece of paper. Guess what! I made the 0.5 mile drive to POSTNET and they did all for $1 +tax. Go POSTNET @ HAYDEN PEAK CROSSING!

Paige the Lead Associate at the UPS Grayhawk Plaza location is the best in the business and should be moved into upper management! She is fast, efficient and courteous, a great Ambassador for the UPS brand! Awesome!
Well if you enjoy being treated like garbage, Caleb is your guy and this is your place! I’ve been in this location twice recently and both times this unfortunate person has been working there. Attitude from hell. Will be going elsewhere just to avoid future unpleasantness.

This location is a prime example of why UPS is a great organization. While the stores are franchised this owner definitely lives up to the brand. The employees are constantly superb and are efficient while friendly.
