Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They have lost my family’s business forever.

The young lady running the store was very pleasant. She spent extra time with me making sure she did everything to minimize the amount I was about to spend. In the end, it was still significant but I didn't go in expecting it to be cheap. She set my expectations properly saying that during COVID, they would do everything they could to meet time contracted delivery time, but that ups isn't guaranteeing delivery times and so neither could she. Clean store with lots of other services, including printing and computer time rental.

Excellent customer service! I always get happy when I find a UPS Store that takes such good care of their customers!

After spending hundreds of $$$ over the years at this location, they seriously just made me pay $0.13 to print off a shipping label for Amazon. Was it worth it “The UPS Store? ” First time for everything. Found some spare change on the sidewalk covered with the rona.all good. They have their money now.

I just came from your store. There was a young red head young man working.or I should say, playing on his phone with no one but me in the store. There was a padded envelope left on my porch by a UPS driver. I order quite frequently from Amazon so thought nothing of it. I opened it and it was not mine. I che led the envelope and someone within UPS put an address sticker with her name but my address on the envelope. Amazon had put this ladies address on it so have no idea why my address was used. Anyway, I tried to find this lady but couldn’t so got in my car and brought it to this office. I was told he had no idea what to do with it because I had opened it and that I should contact Amazon. How did this become my responsibility? He said he guessed he would have to throw it away because it was opened and didn’t know how to handle it. I said it wasn’t my responsibility and I felt UPS needed to handle it. Have no idea what he did.guess he went back to playing on his phone rather than call Amazon and play detective. Do I sound irritated.well, I am. Poor customer service!

Holy smokes! I have been using this store for six or more months and they continue to impress me every time. Orders are always completed perfectly and on time. GREAT customer service. They offered to deliver to my clients locally so they don't have to pop into the store.

I always come here with the best experience and send my Stuff to where it needs to be sent but today I had an uncomfortable feeling from the cashier husky male/ experience none the less I will no longer be coming to this location.

I'm in and out of this location fairly often. I intentionally go out of my way to make it to this particular UPS Store, even though others are closer to me. Every time I go I get helped pretty quickly (less than 2 minutes), and everyone I do business with is great. The owner is a really chill guy, and I enjoy chatting with him when he's there. I plan on going to this store exclusively as long as they remain there.

If i was able to give 0 stars I would.i called today to ask about Notary services.the gentleman that i Spoke to was very kind and helpful.although When i got to UPS Store the blonde white lady was truly disrespectful, without allowing me to finish asking she kept on Interrupting and wouldnt look at me in the eye.truly very bad service.

Nice people but tracking said they couldn't not get a signature from me and nobody knocked on my door or tried to get any signature from me. I now have to wait until Monday to get my package because the next business day you can get it and it's Friday. Unacceptable!

My daughter owns a dance studio has 2 recitals a year plus adhoc prints, flyers, or handouts that pop up. 3-500 programs in keepsake color, parade banners, etc. They can do it all. Dance Deluxe studio has taken our prints to the store at Higley & Southern for several years with only the best of service and quality. Friendly service, assistance in selecting the right product for us, extremely timely, and reasonable prices. No need to look any further for those services for us! Obviously we highly recommend this business.

Everyone at the UPS Store is great to work with and very accommodating! Always professional, yet very friendly and everything is done in a timely manner and they know what they're doing! Their prices are great too! Not all UPS stores are the same!

Left our things here to mail home to Montana. They had great customer service and everything came delivered and in perfect shape. Had some fragile items and they packed everything very well. I would definitely recommend this store for no worry packing and mailing.

What a wonderful place! The ladies are so helpful and kind, they make my day every time I am at the store. There is no better place for color copies and they have special pricing for Realtors.

I went to several ups stores for my business printing needs and no body could keep up, until I found this amazing store, great quality, very good prices and most important, amazing stuff!
