The Vig Arcadia, Phoenix AZ

Worst service of any of The Vig restaurants in the valley. The food and service is the bare minimum when compared to the Scottsdale or Downtown locations. Every time that I've come to this location, I am required to sit myself. The management and service team have failed follow requests made in regards to food, etc. Last time I went here, I ordered the salmon. I realized it had no skin and must've been frozen prior to cooking due to the pungent fish taste/smell.

So far this is my favorite location. They could use some work on consistency though; improve that and I'd give five stars.

The patio is very nice and filled with green stuff and misters for when it's hot.

I have not had a bad experience with any of the staff or guests.

I liked it. Service was decent, food was good. The team and I came here after work and we ordered some of all the apps, sat on the patio which had a cool vibe. The pork rinds were prob the best I've had, the wings (salt and vinegar) were small but well done, and the cheese board had some good soft cheeses. I don't do bread but it looked good. And the shrimp cocktail was more like civiche which I liked. Nice place and I'll be back.

The Vig is a casual-yet-classy establishment. While the food didn’t knock my socks off, the ambience and environment did. Inside is a dark, cool setting reminiscent of a Speakeasy. Outside is a partially-covered patio with extensive mister systems (AZ must) and televisions. Probably more enjoyable in the fall/winter months, but I would definitely return.

Food is very good. Love the patio. Loud music on weekend nights. Drinks leave a lot of be desired. They are weak for specialty cocktails and most that I've had were too sweet.

Service was good, if a little slow. We had a bigger party and they placed us originally at a long table with the ac dripping on the middle 4 seats. We asked to move outside, and they accommodated us, however service was a little slow once we were moved. Food was delicious and server was very nice.

Made a reservation for my brother's birthday brunch a week in advance only to come to find out the host lady gave away our reserved table for a large walk in party that didn't feel like sitting outside, so instead we had to take the table outside the was NOT large enough for the party we reserved and it was outsode.in the middle of August! It was horrible and hot and the host/management couldn't careless. Their solution was that we could wait outside and they would let us know when a large table inside became available. Whats the point of making a reservation in the first place if they will just give up your table to anyone? We had to sit outside because at this point the whole party got there and we're all just standing around waiting. The table that they had outside had miss matched chairs/booths and some were way too tall for the high of the table so it was so uncomfortable trying to eat our food. Definitely dont care about coming back and made it a horrible first impression on everyone else that had never been there before.

The Vig in Arcadia has a wonderful patio which we have enjoyed for brunch and dinner many times. The staff, food and drinks are all great. We really love the street tacos.

Nice place. Music was a little loud so hearing conversations was a little difficult. Food was AMAZING! Their mac& cheese is to die for. If you are trying to eat healthier the Super Salad with salmon added on was killer! Dessert you have to try the bread pudding. I have never tasted something so delicious! Our waitress Franchesca was on point for suggesting things to eat and drink. Food came out fast and hot! Highly recommended!

The food and atmosphere was nice. Our waitress was a bit lack luster but overall pleasant. I would go again and recommend it.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all! The backyard patio is nice with water mist and the food and drinks were bomb!

Small parking lot. Great food though and customer service was excellent and very respectful. Smiles all around.thank you for the experience. Will come back.

Fun restaurant in the Arcadia district. Outdoor dining with misters for those who aren't ready to be "inside" yet. Service was fast and friendly. Started out with the humus. Lots of yummy humus with bread and veggies for dipping. I ordered the Turkey club with fries. I received both ketchup and ranch for my fries, nice. My lunch companion had a chicken sandwich with coleslaw on the sandwich. Looked good. My turkey club was definitely yummy. Outside seating area has booths, tables, and couches for lounging. Have a QR reader on your phone to look at the menu. Paper menus are available by request for the less tech savvy. I would definitely return.

Fast service and courteous staff. Food was very well made and tasted great. Drinks were potent as well so definitely try their cocktails. I will definitely return again.

Food wasn't good, drinks tasted off, order wasnt taken properly, service was non existent for 30 minutes. Not sure if it was an off moment, but it was genuinely an all around bad experience.

The only thing that was any good was the dessert.

Great food and drinks, and always great service. I recommend sitting on the patio, its beautiful. The Vig Burger is delicious. Make sure to tell them how you want it cooked, sometimes they don't ask.

The food and service is always outstanding. Tonight I saw Alex the manager have to cut a large table of people off (they were rowdy and someone broke a glass) and of course the entire table threw a fit. Alex stayed calm and handled everything professionally. Some people just don't know how to behave in public.
Only down side here is that the parking lot is tiny so expect to park and walk or get dropped off

I love The Vig. They have a nice patio area. Their menu is unique with a great twist on classics. I personally love the pad thai, but my girlfriend loves their burger. We got a free dessert on her birthday, too, which was wonderful!

After asking to change tables because of falling tree leaves the waiter dismissed and told me to ask the host. I got up asked the host and they said it was their policy not to change tables. So I had drinks and food with tree leaves
