The Village Dental Center - Cosmetic & Digital Dentistry, Sun City West AZ

My experience was great until they said they don't take my insurance. I was told they did but I that had to pay upfront and my insurance would pay me back. I am on disability foodstamps and work very part-time and wasn't explained that when I made the appointment. Lisa Marie was awesome. I asked for referrals and received none at all thar would accommodate me. I live hand to mouth and today everything is so expensive. I wish doctors would take all insurances. I feel awful that Dr. Harmon couldn't accommodate me and do my teeth. I hope I find someone. This society today is not at all accommodating unless you are rich. Dr. Harmon was great! I just wish he could take me!

Drs. Harmon and Chester are excellent, very professional and caring. The entire staff evidences a positive, friendly and courteous team attitude.

I am extremely nervous when it comes to having to go to a dentist. Everyone at The Village Dental Clinic goes out of their way to make me comfortable and ease my fears. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was a new patient and had lost a filling that was over 50 yrs.old. The office was able to find a slot for me the next day. After the exam, I needed a crown. Dr. Harmon was able to put the crown on that very day. From check-in, to my dental assistant, to Dr Harmon, everybody was professional and friendly. Both my wife and I felt like we had been long time patients by the time we left. Would recommend without reservation! We have made Village Dental our year round clinic even though we are only in AZ part of the year.

I saw Dr. Chesser at Village dental Center and his assistant LJ (Thing 1…lol) for a crown this morning. I have worked in dentistry for 28 years and have 8 crowns already. I have to say that this was the best crown experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Chesser did a great job and gives a painless injection and he was so gentle. I was so impressed with the quality of care and the up to date technology! No more temporary crowns! All done in one visit. Two weeks previous to this I had my teeth cleaned by Tawnya and she did a fantastic job…a really good cleaning without discomfort. Since I retired from the dental field I know what it takes to run an office this efficiently and still care about the true comfort of your patients. The front office girls are top notch as well.

Dr Matthew Harmon is an amazing dentist his top of the line office is very impressive and he makes crowns in his office you leave with your permanent crowns on. Behind every successful dentist is a great staff that work with him and they are outstanding. Katie is the office manager and is so knowledgeable with everything that happens in the office. I also had the pleasure to have the great help from Lindsay and Steph. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful they make you feel like a part of their family. Their main concern is the patients comfort and I love how they tell you each step that they are doing or going to do. You feel comfortable and safe with Dr Harmon and his staff they are so friendly and outstanding in the job they do. Best dentist and staff in Sun City.

Once I arrived the office staff greater me and introduced themselves. I had 3 women come tell me welcome and had I been helped along with telling me their name. I made me feel special and welcomed. Once I was taken back to a room the dental assistant was amazing. I got to know her personally and this was my first visit with them… come to find out she went to the same HS as my daughter. She also explained everything she was doing while taking my ex rays and digital photos. She was amazing. Once that was finish Dr. Harmon came in and shook my hand introducing himself. We got to know each other real quick. The woman who referred me is family so he treated me like family. It was so nice to be able to relax and have fun at the dentist. He went above all my expectations all while making me feel comfortable to be at the dentist. Cuz you know… no one likes the dentist. I highly recommend you go to The Village Dental Center and see Dr. Matthew Harmon and his team. THEY ROCK!

PS. I’m also got to meet his partner Dr. Messer and he was amazing too!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My hygienist was very thorough and friendly. I have 2 new crowns that fit perfectly! I am very happy with Dr. Chester & staff!

Lindsey and the rest of the team at Dr. Harmon’s Dental Office make one feel comfortable. The front desk ladies are so accommodating and know patients by their first names. They are attentive to patient’s needs. They listen and make it a point to come up with a solution to make patients happy.

They are very thorough and upfront. The hygienist is top notch and very informative. The dentist was very patient in explaining the health of my gums and teeth. The Village Dental Center is only interested in helping you get a healthy mouth. Not in sales, especially for things you don't need.

Dr. Harmon is a perfectionist with the skills and technical equipment to deliver a superior dental product every time. The entire staff is so professional, efficient and cordial as well. My entire experience has been perfect in every respect.
