4Great place, however HOA is bunch of Karens. For how much you pay it’s not worth dealing with the drama and power trip from HOA.
The board members only elect their own friends and don’t hold fair and honest elections as is outlined in their CCRs. They mute people they don’t like or agree with during the meetings, and they frequently harass others including but not limited to MINORS! This, along with every other HOA is a waste of resources quite frankly. Absolutely horrendous.
Despicable power hungry hoa. Harasses everyone for every little thing. The leaders put themselves in their positions of power and only allow their friends to be leaders of the HOA. I hope you all get exactly what you deserve, Karens.
Do not buy a condo in this place! The association is ridiculous! They will tell you that your truck is oversized and you can’t park in the community, so now you have nowhere to park! I own a GMC pick up truck! They towed my truck with out warning! And you pay like 550$ association! Every owner complains! Worse managed association I’ve ever been a part of!
