The Villas At Green Valley

First of all, it’s a very difficult decision to place a parent into a facility. I’ve always thought I could take care of my mom. In reality help is needed. I feel so blessed to have found this place. The caregivers are caring and compassionate. The staff is always ready to answer any questions and help in anyway if needed. The Villas are laid out wonderfully and provides a homey and safe environment. It is always clean and the grounds take care of. Laundry and beds are changed often. They provide a lot of activities, including music and exercise along with home cooked meals.

I love The Villas. Not only is it the best place for my mom it is the best place in the Sahuarita/ GV Area to volunteer. I love everyone there. Such a happy and safe campus. My mom really blossomed. Thank you

The Villas at Green Valley is a beautiful property. They worked quickly with us to place a very dear friend who was being released from care without much notice. The Villas reminds me of a large home. Residents are happy and friendly. Staff was wonderful and always helpful. Very happy with the villas and I will keep them in mind for future needs.

We’ll designed layout, with caring staff and great location. I’m thankful they were their for my father.

If the system had zero rating, I would do so. Do NOT leave your loved ones in the hands of these unprofessional, uneducated, unskilled, lack of English spoken caregivers including nurse practitioners who know nothing about dementia, but well aware of how to screw you up, and make the situation more unstable and uncontrollable. This place runs by uneducated caregivers and not by good managers when their presence needed at the time of crisis. Do Not get disguised by its appearance, as they make it look pretty, but inside it is a different story.

I met with Bobby (the owner) and also Danielle (in Marketing) at the Green Valley Villas. It is a beautiful property and seems to be very well ran. I love that it is locally owned and operated! The great care shows throughout, and I would highly recommend the villas for your care needs.

The Villas is beautiful place with a staff that truly cares. Even during these hard times where activities can’t happen as usual, they are doing an amazing job making residents as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend checking them out when deciding on a home for your loved ones.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Danielle at this facility in provision of services for her residents. She is professional and knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. She has a passion for helping the residents and families alike. The facility has always been clean and staff is super friendly. This place is a welcomed stop for me when I’m calling on community partners in the Green Valley area.

This facility is abusive and neglectful. They fail to give medication to the individuals living under their control. They are left in poor health and cleanliness. The facility continues to let nurses with covid enter the building. Because of their wrongful actions 7/10 people in villa B passed away. Do not bring your loved ones to this horrific place.

I have enjoyed being apart of the Adopt a Senior holiday program. My daughter and I look forward to it next year. What a heart warming experience.

Very nice facility and the staff is wonderful to deal with. Although not having anyone close to me that is a resident I often make deliveries to the facility and see happy people every time I’m there, including the generous staff that always great you with a smile. The facility is beautiful and very well kept which usually means it’s very well managed and a popular place for assisted living.

I have recently did a virtual tour and met with the management staff to ask questions for a family member. Everyone I met was very professional, kind and caring about our situation. I appreciate the time they took with us and I definitely will be using the Villa's for our future needs.

Elders who are placed here, at The Villas at Green Valley are neglected, abused, left to fend for themselves, and not given the support they need. This facility lacks resources, professional management and supervisions. Employees fail to provide needed medication and are brining COVID-19 into the building to spread to a very vulnerable crowd.

I am very impressed with The Villas in Green Valley. I have been touring facilities for my mother and it’s very difficult in these times. The management team at the Villas has been great. They are so professional and I like their approach on the virtual tours and explaining to me in detail how this process will work. I am excited to be moving my mom into The Villas and I know I have their support and she will get the best care. Thank you to your managers for helping us in this difficult time.

This is a beautiful home for my grandmother. She’s so happy there even during this difficult Covid time. We are so happy you all are taking the best care of her. Thank you!

This place is great! They are extremely nice, take awesome care of the people, and make everyone feel like family.

I got to tour this property and was very impressed with the staff and quality of care. Everything was clean, some of the women were getting manicures, and every face had a smile. Add to that their programs for memory care. Outstanding all around!

Buyer beware. This is a beautiful place but please don’t just dump your loved one here. You need to watch them closely. Some staff are very caring but poorly trained. We had many issues and challenges with the the management and some staff. We were there consistently but the level of care was vastly different pending day. This is a memory care facility but I witnessed them asking the residents to tell them what room they were in to dispense medicine. Also saw many times medication delivered in bare hands no gloves no medicine cup. If we had to do it again we would not have placed mom in this facility.

The Villas at Green Valley is an exceptional community that took extra special care of my Mother. The team, starting with Danielle, the caregivers and staff are friendly, caring and professional. I highly recommend this beautiful Facility for anyone looking for a place to care for their loved ones.
