No customer service walked around for 10 mins and left wasn’t approached by a single person took my Buisness elsewhere

Excellent and prompt service. The quality window we purchased is more than exceptional. We are so satisfied with our window purchase that we will be returning to purchase replacement windows and doors for the remainder of our home. We are also having them assess our kitchen for new cabinets. This business has Veteran employees which quite expectedly adds to the professionalism you will experience. If you are a Veteran, remember to mention it as there is a substantial Veteran discount.

The have a great selection of windows in stock also, the have interior doors and a few exterior doors so, if you need standard size door today, go to this place, homeowner builders, bring your plans and they will calculate doors and windows for you at no charge.

I called to ask a question and was put on hold for about 15 minutes but did not mind for the reason that they might be busy. I then call back and finally ask my question and the girl hung up. I then call back to speak to a manager and the assistant manager tells me that it is not true that she hung up and that i might have hung up or the call dropped but yet again I heard the phone being hung before disconnecting. They need to work on their customer service a bit more.

HORRIBLE customer service. Spent a long time in front of 7 employees at the counter to say hi, hello, can I help you? Everybody was "busy" I was about to buy 8 windows for my huse but, I think they are not interested in selling.

I was surprised how much stuff this place carries besides just windows. They also have doors of every size French doors sliding doors interior exterior doors door hardware kitchen cabinets trim and lots of other things quality products at a huge discount need I say more.

I understand it's quick and cheap, I like the process until I hit the loading dock.then i feel like a second class citizen.its like Wal-Mart at least I'm saving a buck!

For a depot, they are a little overpriced. Selections are small and they don't install. If you're doing it yourself I guess it's OK

If you are looking for great prices on doors and windows then this is the place to come to. They sell other products like door hardware, counter tops, sink, and cabinets. The staff is very helpful and educated on their products.

Very disappointing experience. Went hoping to get information about purchasing windows and doors and getting them installed. They were not very busy, but no one helped me. They need much better customer service. I finally left.

Wish I could put no stars. Sad to say BUT VERY bad service. Unprofessional staff who is very confused when ordering items. Wish I spent my $3000 at another place.

Messed up our window and said it was our fault. Manager even swore at us because he was embarrassed about his brothers screw up.

Courteous staff in the front and helpful guys in the back. I'll go here again for my next windows.

Hands down my first choice to get my windows. The staff is down to earth and will bend over backwards to find you exactly what you need and great price. All other window places could learn alot for the great customer service this place offers.

Great place to buy windows, doors and even skylight tubes. Now they are selling granite counter tops. I started buying from them in Tucson and it was worth the two hour drive now they have two locations in Phoenix.
Be sure to order your doors based on the Hinge location and not the normal way of Right Hand or Left hand, at window depot they go by Right Hinge or Left Hinge

Staff is extremely helpful -

I've already installed 1 and installation is a breeze -

Martin was great. I came in he was so helpful. He was able to get all 9 windows for me and gave me a few tips for installing the windows. I was going to have to wait a week to get the windows but Ezequiel came in and said he could squeeze me in the very next day. This was my first time here and I definitely will be back to finish a remodel I am working on. Great customer service. I'm really impressed.

Óscar at the 45th avenue location was very helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend paying him a visit for all your windows needs.
