Therapy Tree - Glendale

My younger son went to this location for just shy of a year and each session was met with a warm welcome from the front desk staff, like Megan, who are always available to answer questions or make necessary schedule adjustments. Every therapist we'd encountered was truly a pleasure to work with, my son primarily saw Mariah for speech who is incredibly passionate about the kids she serves. We saw so much progress and the only reason we departed was an insurance change. My older son sees Karissa for OT, he says she is one of the nicest people he's ever met. If you have the privilege to go to this office you will not be disappointed.

I have a really negative experience, i have been trying to contact the referral team and leave voice message and nothing no answer, i went personally to this office and after wait in front of the desk, the lady say: Can i help you, after ignoring me for about 2 minutes, it is sad when you try to find services for one of your kids and this things happen, and then she told she can do nothing in there, so they can not arrange an appointment for evaluation for the speech therapy

Stay far FAR away go to any other therapy place that you can. RUN DONT WALK TO ANOTHER PLACE! This place has gone down hill unfortunately. Thank God we decided to find another place for our kids. 1st. They don't have enough therapist both of my kids are supposed to be going 3 days a week for speech yet they only go 1 due to staffing. Also OT again not enough days. And no days for PT. 2. They have a high turn over rate. My oldest has been there longer then all the staff. 3rd Don't call out sick the day of your appointment you will have to supply a drs note since it's not 24hrs notice or you can be dropped. God forbid your child gets sick the same day and you don't need to see the dr or want to spend the money for something minor. 4. They will cancel last minute cause they dont have a therapist.oh and sometimes they wont even call you to tell you until you show up and yes this happens alot.but god forbid you cancel you can actually get in trouble with to many cancelations but they can do it. As I said this place has just gone down hill if you have a choice of somewhere else go to the other place. I have spoken to ex employees and know why they have such a high turn over rate and why no one wants to work for them. RUN RUN RUN DONT WALK TO ANOTHER PLACE!

Our son has been coming here for about a year now and we love it! Everyone has always been very friendly and caring. Our son loves meeting with his therapists and we've seen a big improvement in his speech and motor skills. We would definitely recommend this location!

Scam. Avoid this place if you can. Any child will "qualify" for treatment after their "screening" process. There are more in depth evaluations you can do online. This place just wants your $$$. Plus, they will continue to charge you even after you cancel treatment. Don't come here.

The whole experience was not good. For the evaluation I was charged close to $300 for questions to be asked off a piece of paper and for the person doing the evaluation to not even take a look at my child, my son was referred and everything that was asked of me had already been answered by my sons pediatrician, this to me was a waste of my time as well as the money that went towards it. One of the therapists was amazing if I continued to get her I wouldn't be leaving this review. I got a different therapist and she tried to pressure me not to come back with my toddler, and then showed him incorrect asl signs that my son was doing correct signs for. He also verbalized words to her and she refused to acknowledge that he was talking to her and tried to force him to sign the word. They called over another child while still working with mine and then did not work with my child for the rest of the visit. With how much this costs me out of pocket and how short the visits are this makes a huge impact. I called and canceled my next appt and was never told there would be a cancelation fee but guess what showed up in the mail today. We will never be coming back to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my soon in to get an evaluation and I am being charged twice for speech/ hearing therapy, and then being charged for home management training. Home management training was just the therapist telling me to continue therapy at home and I am being charged for that. Wild. Therapy Tree is all about the money and not about the child's success. I called and asked about these charges and the lady I spoke with had an attitude, when I specifically said I needed someone who would be able to answer my questions and she definitely was of no help. If this establishment wants to succeed they need to do and be better.
I am no professional in insurance, so if I don't understand something I am going to ask.

My son just graduated from speech therapy after a year of weekly sessions. He primarily saw Heather and LOVED her. He was excited to go to speech each week and wouldn’t want to leave. I could see the difference in his progress at home and know that these services definitely helped him. The other staff are friendly for the most part, and we never had any insurance or scheduling issues. Highly recommend!

Wow. The work that these people do here is truly amazing. I mean it.even the front desk always greets you with a smile.

Nicole Hook has been my son's Speech Pathologist since last fall, and the progress that he has seen is incredible. We used to go into the office for his visits but then we switched to virtual due to some changes at work on my end. At first, I thought that maybe doing the sessions at home would be problematic, but Nicole continued to show the same attention and dedication even via the computer. She is personable, knowledgable, kind, patient, and most of all, you can tell that she is genuinely invested in my child's success. I am so very grateful for all that she has done for us, and cannot thank her enough!
