We had a 30 year old home and needed to remove the insulation, re-insulation and seal done. Caden from Thermo Shield came and gave us the estimate. He seems very knowledgeable and answer all the questions we had. The price was very reasonable. Also the crew came to do the removal, re-insulation and seal was very particular about getting it done correctly. They got it done in very timely manner as we have requested. The Thermo Shield went through my house carefully to check my insulation and other areas where I might make changes to improve my energy efficiency. He showed me photos of my attic insulation so I could see that for myself. In the end he did not find anything that I needed to change except my AC filter and even helped me install the clean one that I already had. We discovered our home builder did not insulate our garage walls that we had paid for as an upgrade. We chose Thermo Shield as the best solution to fill the wall gaps as opposed to blow-in insulation. We are pleased with the results. Epilogue— our home builder Taylor Morrison made good on the insulation omission and reimbursed us even after five years.

All aspects of my contacts with Thermo Shield were right on! My first contact with Ariana making an appointment to come out was several weeks out so I ask for earlier and she got appt. 1week out.
Caden came to my house and explained what I needed step by step. My son called him to ask questions and all answered. Less than a week later the number 4 crew came and Rafael, Victor and Aaron came right on time and took care of all that needed to be done. When finished took pictures so I could see that all was done as proposed! All was cleaned up when finished. They were all very efficient and very friendly!

Excellent experience with this company. Had insulation installed. Caden was awesome he found a major leak on our AC unit that fixed an on going issue in our house with the temperature being several degrees higher than it should be. I previously had other HVAC companies out here to diagnose the issue and none of them found it. Good thing we hired this insulation company because not only did we get new insulation but they also discovered the major issue. Now our house cools to what the thermostat is set to. After discussing duct inspection and all-house pressure testing, roof thermal barrier, attic insulation and duct repair, Caden gave me a practical assessment of cost-effective energy recommendations based on the age and size of my home. Based on this review, supplemental attic insulation and a return air duct upgrade were chosen to address issues present since the house was built. All-house pressure testing was to be performed later to verify that there were no damaged ducts or unexpected leakages. Ron, Rafa and Gus handled the attic work while Caden followed up with house pressure testing. I was very pleased with the recommendations, the visual results (photos were provided) and the professionalism of the crew. I'd recommend Thermo Shield to anyone wanting an honest assessment of their home energy needs and their ability to implement their recommendations with quality work.

I met with Nick to discuss adding more insulation in the attic. He inspected the attic, provided pictures of his findings, answered all my questions, provided a written estimate of the cost, insulation material to be used, and projected completion date. Work was begun and completed as promised.

Thermo Shield was fantastic to deal with when blowing new insulation in my attic. Cayden initially came to give me an estimate and told me about the SRP offer they honored which saved me an additional $600.00. They cleaned up after they blew the insulation in and sent me pictures. I definitely would hire them again and highly recommend!
