We ordered furniture in late May 2022. We paid half of the cost of the furniture. We were notified the furniture was in on November 28 and our credit card was charged for the final balance (we were actually overcharged by $247). The furniture was delivered on November 30. However, the 2 Palliser chairs were missing the battery packs so the chairs are unusable. It is now January 12,2023 and we have no battery packs. The salesperson has said we will be contacted when they arrive. Our patience is gone. They grab the money but have little customer service. And don’t get me started on the scratched sculpture that was delivered and is still sitting here waiting for a replacement to arrive. Lovely furniture but after 3 purchases, we won’t be going back.
