I have used This Clean House on and off since around 2019. During the last few years I have transitioned between full time and part time in my career which has caused me to fluctuate between needing help maintaining my home and being able to do it myself. Andy has always been amazing to work with and has helped accommodate my changing circumstances with a great deal of kindness, understanding, and professionalism. The teams that have come to my home throughout the years have always done an outstanding job and were consistently able to address my specific needs at each visit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and Andy!

Our window washing experience had only been on our home in the humid northeast, no problem. But on our Arizona home we struggled! Apparently it’s much harder in a dry climate. A neighbor recommended Andy and his team. When they finished we were amazed at how great a job they did. The view of the mountains from our living was as clear as it was from the outside. Very happy, we will continue to use their services.

I was fortunate to find This Clean House after my housekeeper of 20 years retired. I am a very private individual and hiring someone new to be in my home was not easy for me. I had a lot of input and debate about “cleaning service” vs.individual housekeeper. Highly recommended by my next door neighbor TCH was a smooth and easy transition. I hired This Clean House to do a move-in clean on our newly purchased home. The cleaning job was superficial at best. When I had a question or issue I had to hunt down the owner from wherever he was on the property to have him translate for me because none of his employees spoke the same language I do and that was hugely inconvenient. They quit cleaning when they were tired, not when the house was clean, and that’s not what I hired them to do. Also, the final bill was twice what I had been quoted. Overpriced and disappointing.

We used their services for a move-out cleaning. Andy was able to explain the cleaning process in a way that made me understand how precise and thoughtful his cleaning crew would be for our house. He recommended the window cleaning and it was worth every penny. The ladies made our rental home look brand new! Great attention to detail - not even one dust bunny in the back corner of a shelf and the baseboards looked like they had been freshly painted. I am super impressed and will recommend to everyone!

Andy, the owner, answered my phone call and communicated in a professional, friendly, helpful, and flexible manner. He had the team of Maribel, Paloma, and Alma out the next day to do a move out cleaning service for our rental. They called to let us know they were on their way, arrived on time, and did the work in the timeframe they had estimated. They listened to our requests and did a great job cleaning and making the house fresh, clean, and presentable. Even though we weren’t having windows cleaned, they suggested washing the tall and large sliding glass doors that provide a view out the back of the house. This was a great suggestion since that opening gives nice light and an open feel to the house, so we appreciated that. Thank you! The next time I need a cleaning service I will be calling back to This Clean House!
