My experience could not have been any better! I arrived early for my appointment and they accommodated me before my appointment. Sam was amazing! She did a great cleaning, while being polite and conscientious of my feeling! Dr W was very professional and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be going back!

Office staff, hygienist, and doctor all treated me well and did a great job today. Very satisfied with the services provided and am a regular client there.

Had a crown break off the prior night and they got me in right away the next day. It was greatly appreciated!

I had a wonderful Invisalign check up today and am really happy with the results. Dr. Brady and the staff are wonderful to work with and always prompt. I always leave feeling informed of what’s next in the process and love that I get monthly progress checks to make sure the proper movement is occurring. Great experience all around!

7 North Dental is an excellent clinic. The staff is pleasant and professional. I am confident that I get very good care there.

Staff and hygienist are totally awesome. Dr. Chadwick, I my opinion, is ultra conservative. Just looking for an opportunity to get you back in the chair and get more revenue.

Recently they failed to note a tooth that was nearing abscess. Because I went to a different endodontist (the young slim light brown haired guy in his 30is was really bad but he noted that tooth was needing work too).
The outside endodontist noted it was bad too but the dentists still kept saying it was fine at T&T dental! I ended up having to have it removed when it became badly abscessed over the pandemic.
Maybe it iwas All because once I questioned whether it was bad or not years ago. They decided to just let it get worse so they could charge more. That or they are totally, repeatedly incompetent.
They used to have an excellent dental hygienist (about 5'4,40ish, dark hair, Hispanic) but she then I got the tallish blonde 30 something whose dental cleaning was a vague waving of floss in my general dental direction. Seemed resentful that I didn't wanna pay the $50 for the fluoride treatment. The 30-something slim male Caucasian endodontist they have gave the top 3 worst customer service experiences of my entire life. I must resemble his evil aunt from childhood or something. Time to move on.

Very kind and professional team. I’m pretty excited to come back. Weird to some people to say that about the dentist. Also, shout out to Diana for catching that my insurance was giving a pretty high quote for my deep clean. Love that she followed up with them and then with me. Thanks again!

OMG WHAT A FANTASTIC GROUP OF PEOPLE WORKING THERE. THE RECEPTION STAFF GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE. JANIE DID MY X-RAYS AND TEETH CLEANING. SHE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB, MY HUSBAND THOUGHT IT LOOKED LIKE I HAD A WHITENING TREATMENT DONE.
DR BRADY WAS ALSO VERY PERSONABLE AND DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING THAT SOME SPECIAL ATTENTION WAS NEEDED FOR ONE OF TEETH.
I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THOMAS AND THOMAS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERYONE THERE.

I recommend this location to anyone in the need of a Dentist very clean and fast. Customer service was excellent. I’ve definitely will be bring daughter and son as well. The staff is always efficient, friendly and will explain the process, pricing a.d any options to recommended treatment. They make you comfortable throughout the entire visit.

I had a very pleasant experience at my first visit to 7 North Dental.
The staff was friendly, and Stacy the hygienist was especially skilled and both she and the dentist were very friendly. I highly recommend this office for dental care.
