Fast, friendly service. They found a recall issue on my 2015 Nissan and fixed it for free. They had all parts already, so I don’t have to wait until they order detail and get it.

I called to make an appointment, got through quickly, and had everything set in less than 10 minutes. When i arrived, they opened on time, knew what was to be serviced and confirmed with me. Work was done quickly, correctly and within the quoted timeframe. There was no attempt to sell me unneeded services or parts and the service manager was both friendly and knowledgeable. There’s really not much more a person can ask for. Great experience.

Did not feel that I was informed by the service personnel. I had to keep calling them to find out about my car. The explanation was not given In a very understandable context. For one I kept getting excuses about why no one knew what was going on about my vehicle. Then I got the mechanic is sick and he is not answering his phone to find out about your vehicle. Dog and pony show. You will have to wait to he gets back to see what he found. Not what someone wants to hear.

Got my oil change, but asked if they could check the front passenger tire, keeps telling me to add air, they said they checked it and put the air in tire to meet specs, when I checked my panel to see if they put air in tires to match the weight, that tire was 5 pounds lighter than the others. Which makes me wonder, did they check my tire and did they actually do an oil change?

Thoroughbred Nissan is a place you can trust and the customer service by Alejandro is well above and beyond any dealership I have experienced. I had an issue with my sons car and had to bring it in for repairs. I had to head out of town on a trip before my appointment. I called them up to see if I could go early and they said, no problem. When they discovered the problem, they called me and provided me options that saved me almost $400. They also completed the recall work that was issued while they had the car and took care of my battery when they noticed it was low. They even went back into the records to see it was purchased from them and they replaced it free of charge. Since my trip was extended, they had no problem holding onto the car until I returned. This "No problem" and "we care about you as a person" service is why I trust them and will return to this shop even though there are other places closer. Thank you.

I just bought a Nissan kicks from there from Troy, salesman he was very nice didn't put any pressure everything was straightforward no hidden catches.

It was the best experience I’ve ever had and buying a car. We already had the price down before I came so I knew what I was going to have to pay. Kendra was amazing. I would send everyone a new to her if they were looking for a Nissan. The finance man Mr. Reyes I believe was precious. Kind thoughtful and very considerate of someone that’s an old lady ha ha

I am editing my review as things have changed a bit. You guys are even better than the dealership I went through before. The only reason I traded in my 2007 vw Passat for my now 2018 Nissan altima is because my passage had so many recalls and I couldn't afford to keep up. Now I know what you are thinking "recalls are free" well no one at my previous dealership seemed to think so. I spent thousands of dollars for labor charges because they weren't free according to them, the parts were free like people told me but not the labor. Only to find out today that s*** should have been covered by them as well. So thank you nissan for not taking advantage of me ever. I got my car recall fixed by you yesterday and didn't get scammed. I feel like I owe you sweets but my roommates say that is weird and don't. Just know I want to. Cause you have decent people working for you.

I came here 2 yrs ago to buy a car and experience was great. Been coming here for the service department to keep car well maintained. Always a pleasure coming to this location. I wont ever deal with anyone else when it comes to car care. I went in to get a dashboard cover for the car and I was greeted by Elizabeth Cota and I asked her best time to trade in car. I had Sentra and felt little low to the road. Want to sit little higher and see more of road when I drive. She answered all my questions and I did walk out with a new
Nissan Kicks. I do love the car. My son bought a Nissan from here as well. We enjoy the friendly service and staff. Highly recommend

My husband and I had a great experience when purchasing my new vehicle. We were returning costumers. Our sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable of my new vehicle, and was able to answer all questions. He made sure to go over the safety features and assist in setting up features on the monitor. I deffinately drove away happy!

It was simply loose terminals on my battery (not Nissans fault). I’m an older lady who can do a lot with an engine, but I don’t touch batteries!

I was having an issue regarding my tire scensor a week after I purchased my car, I walked in for service after a month and the guy told me to call since my car is chevrolet that I just bought a month ago and I'm gonna have to leave my car he said coz they don't know they might need to order parts or whaveter, and so I called after few days, and this lady almost yelled at me and kept telling me that I don't need an appointment and that I can just walk in and I told her few times that the guy told me to make an appointment. I was being polite and I said Ok, I'll just go back and said thank you, and she almost don't wNt to say "you're welcome" and hung up on me hard. Bad service, and rude employee!
