As a thread up employee i think people should stop sending there dirty clothes i think thred up should put on there website that they don't allow dirty clothes and men's clothing and women's underwear because we have to deal with all that and reject it it's alot on the workers we literally receive socks and underwear and men clothing and we have to sit there and take time of the score we are running on having to reject all that clothes and top off some women are plane gross like have some self hygiene respect for us women we do not want to see dirty pants with menstrual or underarms shirts it's just not cool and top off off if you have cats and dogs why send your clothes all full of hair like at least wash it and take that hair off some people here are allergic to cats or dogs and then it's flying every were and by the Time it's time to eat lunch like it's kinda hard to eat with all the hair we have on are clothes and face come on now.

New to ThredUp, I've purchased several items this past month and have learned that you need to know your sizes in specific brands. I am 5'7" and weigh 126. I wear a 4/6 and purchased some size 6 blazers in EXPRESS and ANN TAYLOR/LOFT. NYCO, etc. Thinking If they are too big I can give them to my mom. Express runs small but LOFT a bit better. They all fit me! I purchased one pair of low rise ROCK REVIVAL jeans in 27 waist and they are PERFECT FIT. Don't buy super pricey items until you know how they run. I will say that most of my items were as described. I had 2 or 3 that had more wear than expected, but, in all, I've been quite happy with my purchases.
The biggest downside is that you cannot call for customer service.only email and THEY DO NOT REPLY. EVER in my experience. I will try once more in regard to an item that was a little less than EXCELLENT condition.
To sum up: I will continue to shop with ThredUp.

The company sent out a mass email to tour the facility. I get there 15 minutes early and was told oh there was some communication mistake and it's in 2 more hours. Yeah I don't know what to tell you. I'm not interested in working with a company like this.

Bought a Coach bag, it took weeks to arrive and when I received it, it was a knockoff. I know because I had the smaller version of the real Coach bag and the wallet. I will never shop here again. Totally disappointed. I could have gotten a new bag for the same price at the outlet. Lesson learned!

I like Thredup.but omg they need to quit using GLS as a shipping company. They're horrible! No more purchases for me. Cant deal.

When I came here for an interview everything was good and the lady told me they would reach out to me. If i was considered for employment I would come in for a drug test. There was people after their interview already waiting for the drug test in the lobby. Even my friend had her drug test the same day. It was unprofessional, they could just be straight up.

I got hired at this job call thredup at the time I was working I realized that they shorted me on my shift differential and they told me that it will be on my next check I informed other employees to check the pay stubs for the shift differential to find out they did not pay any of them either thread out found out about the situation they waited to my shift was about to end then they called me into the office and let me go

I was ironing my jeans when I came across a menstrual blood stain. Pretty grossed out. Wish they would revise before posting for sell. There is no contact phone number to bring up my concern. I gave the a two stars because the rest was ok however this jeans were disgusting and looks like I have to pay a restocking fee and send it back. I should not pay for and take time out of my day to return a their nasty garment.

Went here to inquire about a employment position. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice warehouse.

Great place to work, great atmosphere, amazing bonuses, don't let the reviews keep you from working here. We have alot of great leaders and peers to motivate you to improve at work.

If you are getting items from Phoenix, Arizona and it is the same place you live or outside, the distribution center is terrible because there are good and bad people, horrible conditions, bad workers or other people are stealing items, etc. If you ordered, but once it arrives and it is not the items you ordered, it's stolen and/or replaced, or missing. The USPS maybe the problem because good and bad people working at USPS. I had problem with both companies telling me about the time to pick up my package. ThredUp did not made any sense about timing and not having a customizable pickup time without having to struggle much. Out of nowhere I got an email from USPS to drop off my package the clean out kit at 2 am and the USPS and/or ThredUp did not let me change the time before they sent someone to pickup my package which I know I can always ask for a pick up but I had trouble with the package information not knowing the weight for 100 items in my clean out kit bag package and with dropping off by transportation or walking over there since I live near along with eye sight issues so I am trying my best to type and read carefully. They all try to make me look irresponsible costing the USPS time. The only reason why I picked ThredUp is because I couldn't find anyone who wants to buy the items and I needed the money back for the items costing $5 as a fair price.

I am unable to browse the online store because it's trying to force me to put my email in to get 50% off or something. I do not want to subscribe just browse and THEN if I'm interested I'll sign up. Just lost a potential customer and from the few reviews I've read I'd pass and go to my local thrift store.

Employees at this thredup warehouse are stealing items! And sending other items in place of them! Beware! Thieves hope they get caught and fired!

If I could rate a negative 0 I would, this company sent me a bag with a detailed letter asking if I could like to sell my items online. I did, I packed the bag with named brand luxury items and waited. I was sent an email stating my items went up on the site and after a week or so the items did not sale and the company took all of my belongings. I was left with nothing, no cash, no clothes, nothing. I emailed the company's support team three times and no one got back to me. I went online and tried to see if I could get my items back and BEHOLD I could! For double the amount I paid for them, so if I basically wanted my items back I would have to buy them back. Please, do not do business with this company!

The most God awful place to work. Employees get treated like prisoners. Force you to work hard to meet unrealistic goals per hour. Lots of people getting sick and they force you to quit. Management doesn't get involved, supervisors play favoritism. Dirty, dusty warehouse with dirty clothes coming in daily. They mail out dirty unwashed clothing to customers ordering on-line. The worst place to work, constantly hiring cause no one stays longer than 1-2weeks.

Loved the place till before Christmas when drama started good pay great hours awesome benefits but you get drama Hs drama apply and do your job and go home you will love it I miss everyone but this jobs a great job one of the best I found in the valley by far bill is beyond awesome Julia is wonderful and Rachell can’t get no better they are 100% a great company
