They charge 40 up front and if you cancel an appointment, they charge $99.

I had a wonderful experience with my son and his counselor. She was so good with him and he really did benefit from it.

I was able to easily make an appointment for my daughter to meet with a therapist only to be called the day before the appointment, and informed that that therapist doesn’t see adolescents. I explained our situation and was promised a returned call with information to an appropriate therapist. The call never came. I’m left out on my own again. Frustrating for sure. They never refunded my $49 account set up fee either.
