Thanks to Dr. Ann's attention to detail, I am now on a path of recovery. I am thankful to Dr. A and his caring staff.

Follow up on previous post finally saw the doctor Mike Frost very apologetic about the wait time very professional listen to what I had to say and ordered the proper test and prescriptions shortly after I got home I received a call from a very nice young lady named Brittany that was concerned about my review and wanted to know what she could do to help from what I understand they had a doctor call out today which caused the delay I will definitely be returning

I see Dr. Frost in PV, he is absolutely amazing but it is not just him. From the moment I walk in the door the women at the desk are always friendly and helpful. The nurses listen carefully and set Dr. Frost up. And he has always been attentive and has helped in ways I have asked. I absolutely love this office!

I love my doc and everyone there. I may be because of them being in Prescott but, even though they're super busy all the time, they are very calm and have been very accommodating at times. Thank you M. F.and staff

Took me about 10 minutes in the waiting room when they called me back and about 5 minutes to see the PA. He answered all my questions and asked lots of questions. Made me feel like I mattered. Sweet receptionist.

This place has been a veritable nightmare for my wife ever since she started going there. My wife is terminally disabled and mostly homebound and the entire time that she has been there at this office has always been a fight. Now my wife who is in chronic debilitating pain has been sitting in a room since 9: 30 this morning without seeing the NP. According to this NP and staff here, supposedly sees 40-50 patients a day! I’m sorry but that’s a meat shop not a doctors office. There is absolutely no reason why someone in my wife’s condition should have to go through this and have the staff act like they don’t care. I would give this no stars if I could

I always feel rushed in my appointments with dr. Emami. I feel like a time slot, there is minimal privacy in appointments, other workers coming in and out of the room during our appointment. I needed a note for an urgent matter involving a car accident I had and they called me back 2 WEEKS later and told me she needed me to come in for that (because she doesn’t remember my case or anyone because she has way too many patients). She has ordered tests without explaining what they are. Told me I’m too “young” for certain concerns I have. It’s really unfortunate when you can’t trust your doctor with your health

Fully aware these people aren’t specialist, so I understand it isn’t like going to a private care facility. Nonetheless this place has a really uncomfortable feel. The front desk associates were very sharp and not friendly. I don’t think a single person asked how my day was going, which isn’t necessary but I think it’s important to be at least friendly. The doctor seemed extremely rushed during my physical. I tried talking to him about a few things and he didn’t give me much insight at all. They told me I needed blood work and then left the room. I had to ask several times where the heck I needed to go to get my blood work done. It would have been nice if the staff would actually let you know instead. It was very frustrating. I also heard several other people with complaints while I was waiting for blood work. This place should consider taking some courses on customer service. Don’t suggest this place unless you are in quick need of a check up before getting to a professional facility.

My husband and I have been seeing Mike Frost for nearly 2 years. We followed him from TBMC in Prescott, to TBMC in PV. Although they have had their share of changes with MA, Tim is true & steady. He always shows great concern & care, and has gone the extra mile on more than one occasion. Until recently, Connie was at the front desk, and always a joy to deal with. Mike does tend to fall behind, so we do end up waiting to be seen sometimes well past our appointment time. However, when he does make it in to see us, he takes as much time as needed. He answers all of our questions & concerns. Although we may not always agree with him, he still manages to show we cares & has our best interest in mind. Mike is one of the most informed, experienced providers we have dealt with in the Prescott, PV area. After completing our appointments, nearly every time he will ask before leaving the room, "Can I do anything else for you? " Being that he is the ONLY provider at that location, he has his hands quiet full! Regardless how long we have to wait, he makes it worth it! Thanks Mike! We appreciate Connie, Tim & Mike for your time, care & professionalism.

Visited this location on 3/09/2020 because I had been having problems sleeping and I was trying to establish myself as a new patient. I am triaged and when my blood pressure is taken I am told its lil elevated (ok no problem and I expected the provider to address this). Well that DIDN"T happen. From prior experience, sometimes they will take your blood pressure again just to confirm (that DIDN'T happen either) As far as the reason for my visit (sleeping problem) only recommendation was to do lab work and come back and see HER when the results come back. No suggestion on OTC medication or things to try in the mean time for my sleeping issue. No resolution in whether my blood pressure is truly elevated or was it a fluke (cause sometimes those machines can be wrong). Anyway, I proceed to go get my lab work (O SHE didn't tell me to fast <like my prior doctors have suggested>). So now we wait on lab results. I ALSO TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO SCHEDULE MY OWN SLEEP STUDY << (which was not suggested but is typically suggested when a person complains of sleeping issue) >> After all I would like to function while I am at work (fatigue is no joke). All I wanted was some suggestions.

I've been a patient of Michael Frost FNP-BC for almost 5.5 years. I have actually followed him when he left his previous group practice to this one. Mike, Connie, and Tim are all wonderful people and gifted professionals. This is NOT an Urgent Care. It is a regular medical practice that also offers walk-in apts. Yes, sometimes when you have an appointment it may end up being late. Although extreme waits aren't the norm. The reason for that is there may have been a walk-in or normal scheduled appointment before yours either became complex or was a true emergency that Mike had to handle immediately for the safety of that paitent. If that's the case a staff member will politely inform you that Mike is taking care of an emergency with the previous paitent. You'll be apologized to for the inconvenience & staff will ask you if you are able to continue to wait or if you'd prefer to come back at a later time and/or date. They're also very good at popping in every few minutes to check on you, offer you some water, & if possible give you an update on how much longer you'll be waiting. Instances like these really don't happen that often. But when they do they are issues like diabetic shock, heart attacks, appendicitis, respitory distress, traumatic injures, broken bones, & other life threatening emergencies. Be assured that When it's your turn Mike will dedicate his full attention to you & your care needs. To address previous comments from a dissatisfied customers regarding Mike's demeanor. I have at times driven this man nuts because I came in with multiple issues. He has never been impatient or intolerate of me. As for a comment left by a recent 1 reviewer "Josh" accusing Mike of having a Napoleon Complex during their visit. I doubt that was his intention. I understand you were frustrated with the wait. However it sounds by your own discription that when he came into the room you immediately began to berate him. Do you accept any responsibility for your unacceptable behavior? It sounds like Mike acted like a professional & calmly walked away. You acted agressive in airing your frustration. Perhaps it was you out of line. Mike is a Veteran (Marine). He's knowledgable, efficient, to the point, & professional. Maybe your judgement of his personality was a harsh? Also ive never I feel it's out of line to state his liscence to practice should be revoked. He simply chose not to tolerate your behaviorI personally have disagreed with Mike a few times over the years. He never became rude, dismissive, or condescending. Quite the opposite actually. He actively listens to me voice my opinion or grievance. If he's not familiar with my need he will immediately look for viable & effective treatment, care, or medication options. He has often made comprises when I request a certain medication or course of care. He's never become dismissive, condescending, annoyed, or rude to me in anyway. He's also my two Son's Primary Provider. They have not had a single complaint. Recently I was a walk-in on a Monday morning. I had fallen the day before and by Monday I was feeling gnarly & l suspected I had broke a bone. The office got me in right to be evaluated right away. Mike handled setting up my x-rays at the hospital, immobilized the limb I'd hurt. He also controlled my pain as well. Ultimately he sent me to an Orthopedic Surgeon. That day I was the emergency that walked in needing immediate care. It was provided to me &then some. This is not a true urgent care clinic. This is a single provider medical office that offers walk-in Apts. If you'd like a true Urgent Care NextCare ia located in PV. You could also drive to TBMC in Prescott. That location has multiple providers and is a true Urgent Care Clinic. Conveniently the Prescott office also has an independent pharmacy located on the property (the service there is quick & awesome) so you need not drive to yet another place in order to pick up your medications. They also offer free delivery. Perhaps you'd be willing to give one of Thumb Butte's location a second try. The level of care is worth it.

Dr Michael frost should not be allowed to practice medicine at all he was a complete jerk with a Napoleon complex. I voiced my frustration with him about being locked in an exam room for 2 and a half hours without seeing anybody his reaction was to walk out on me.god for bid someone has to be held accountable this man should have his license revoked
