Great experience renting bikes from Thunder Mountain Bikes! Awesome bikes in great shape, ready to shred. Very friendly and helpful getting us going. Hooked us up with a bike rack that really made getting around a lot easier than what we had planned. We’ll be back for sure.

Just bought a ripmo and Meg at the sedona mountain biking festival sold it to me and it awesome great customer service with a ton of people trying to sell us stuff I felt the most comfortable here and very well informed.

Quality and great service. I had a cable repair and they took care of it on the spot. I’m sure they’re not always able to do that, but I appreciated being able to get back out on the trails in a timely manner. I’ve also rented bikes from them. I reserved online. The bikes were ready upon arrival, and ALL the settings were set according to our height and weight specifications before our arrival, making this a quick pick up and go!

Can not recommend this shop enough, I flew with my bike, first ride I loose my rear shock, went to the shop and Mikey did not hesitate to do what needed to be done to get me on trail. Had to come back a second time for derailleur issue, once again Mikey got me back on trail. As well We asked for some info on we’re to go since the weather had not been the greatest days before and Brian pointed us to the trails that would be ideal for the conditions. The people that work at this shop are legit and friendly and want to help. Don’t hesitate to stop here or use any of their services of your thinking about it. They got good inventory for all your needs and various mechanics getting at it.

I'm a local resident, and I've used Thunder Mountain numerous times for servicing my bikes. They have high quality mechanics who charge a fair price. I highly recommend!

All the bike you can imagine and more outside! Man I wish that I could give you two of these bikes but I can only afford one anyways I hope that everyone goes here checks it out at least because there's always good deals thank you.

My back brake failed on me and walked in to see if they could check out my bike. They said they would top off the fluid and see if that would work, otherwise it would take two days. We went hiking but they called soon after and said they would need to bleed the brake and just worked on it. I am impressed and didn’t feel price gouged. I would highly recommend and appreciate their service. Thank you!

I was taken care of right away. Service was amazing, and the tech did such a good job on my bike. Very friendly staff and the recommended trails have been great.

At pickup, suspension was not set up correctly for the weight I told them (perhaps their table doesn't match Trek recommendations, but my sag initially was <20% and recommended is ~ 35%), tires were also overinflated at 30psi, chain was dry, and one side of SPD pedal didn't hold release tension. When I reported these things upon checking bike back in, I was not reassured that they would take steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future hence why I'm leaving a meh review. "Well ya, these rental pedals take a lot of abuse" not the correct response re polite feedback to "how was the bike? ".

These guys are fantastic. They have been working on my bike for years. They give great service and get it done fast. Seth worked on my bike today, a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend!

Online shopping experience: 5+ stars for TMB. One of the few retailers that had in stock the part that I was looking for. I would normally buy at my local shop, but the part was on backorder. Kudos to TMB for having it in stock prior to the backorder status. Fast shipping and easy transaction too!
