Doctors are great just can't ever get anyone to answer a phone been calling for a week still no answer only computer that does not work.

Great Doctor Scott he’s always take the time to talk about my health problems and give me the right medication and advice about foods great dr
And all the staff it’s great and nice since you walk in until you walk out

Imagine a medical office as if it were run by the cool type of people that work at a Whole Foods market. That’s what you’re gonna get in this office. The people here are friendly, conversational, and extremely professional.

Absolutely unlike any other doctors office I’ve ever been to before. It is now the primary care for my entire family.

Mickaela was my provider. She listened, understood, and helped me take care of everything I needed to make the visit productive.

Is sad because the actual doctor is a nice man. The PA Makayla does not listen to her patients. She over talks them and talks super fast like she is trying to sell you something you don't want.

However this place has THEE Worst office staff. Whether in person or on the phone. Everyone is entitle to a bad day, But every time I come in or call the are rude. Needless to say I have found another place for my care.

Absolutely love the staff; very friendly, knowledgeable, proactive. I recommend Dr Scott Marquard and staff to anyone.

I have been to this office a handful of times now, for labs and appointments. The front desk staff is nice and the wait is not too bad if you complete your check in online (compared to other offices I've been to). Dr. Marquard is awesome, the first doctor that I've had who took the time to listen to my concerns and address them in detail. To give credit to the lab team, I was very happy with their ability to get me in and out within 20 minutes on a short notice. My overall experience with this staff has been great!

Never made it to a physician. I was treated like a second class citizen because I did not want to participate in their continued charade of wearing a mask. My wife specifically asked BEFORE scheduling the appointment if masks or having the vaccine was required and they said NO. Stay away from this "family medicine", it should be titled as a communist state.

Horrible experience with MA Jessica. I had a virtual call & yes i understood I needed to pull over for my meeting, I was upset & said this is ridiculous. As I was communicating with her I was almost parked she ended my meeting. I'm sorry but I have 3 kids, work full time & this virtual meeting was right when office closed so couldn't call back. I was furious & left message for manager to call back. Rec'd call back from manager who was very friendly and understanding might I say. (Sad he has to work with unprofessionals) During our call, he tells me they are having to discontinue care with me due to non compliance with my medical care. Excuse me, what? ! I did what I needed. Jessica the MA convinced my doctor Mikalya that I was not compliant with following up on my health. (unprofessional) Wow what? ! After manager looked into everything, wouldn't you know I was compliant with my health. Manager apologized even though this should've came from the MA Jessica not him & was stating I could stay. Sorry, no how can I trust Dr. Mikalya again? Or MA Jessica? Yeah thank you but NO THANK YOU. Good luck to anyone who still goes here.
Owner- Why would I want to stay? Yes, I did choose to leave if you actually fully read my review regarding being about to actually trust your MA staff Jessica & Dr. Mikalya. Yes, I do have 2 accounts as my other account was my married name (fyi) & whether it was 5 months ago or a day ago shouldn't matter

I have a always been treated so kindly here no matter which Dr I see. I had Covid and Dr. Caulkins was correct I thought I had bronchitis but nope I was wrong. We had a lil fun bet going about who was going to be right. She Won! She definitely is a great Dr. She had scripts sent to my pharmacy right away. I'm glad I see them as my Drs!
