I am so pleased with Tide Cleaners. My cleaning looks like new when I get it back. I previously was using discount cleaners, and that's what I got back.discount cleaning. The staff is courteous and the prices are reasonable.
Great value and even better service. Went in there last night and Hunter and Trevor were very helpful, friendly and quick to retrieve my clothes. Wish more places were this good and efficient.
I love going to Tide Cleaners. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is easy to drop off or pickup my clothes and all the items are thoroughly cleaned and pressed. With my family coming in for the Christmas holiday, I recently had the linens for the dining room table, tablecloth and napkins, cleaned and pressed. They look stunning. I never could have done as well using my iron.
Love all the teenagers that work here! They’re all super sweet and friendly! They make me smile every time I go. Will definitely use them consistently
Overall, excellent service. The store and team works very efficiently. The standard service time is typically less than 2 days from drop off to items ready for pick up. The counter staff are always professional and eager. I really like the frequent customer program with "drop off bag" provided.

Prices are much higher than competitors. I’ve gone several times. My coupons never work. What makes them different is their after hours pickup. I like this, but don’t use it enough to justify the extra cost. Currently looking for another dry cleaner for next time.
Horrible service i have had not once not twice but three times my shirts stain and all they can do is offer a million apologies until i had enough and asked to speak to manager.they given me names ashely and britney and cristina to get my issues resolved only heard from cristina once saying they would compensate me $10 for the inconvenience if this is how they show appreciation for my business need to emphasize the amount of business and loyalty i bring to this shop then i will be taking my business elsewhere.i tried to give them a second chance to reconsider the compensation and haven’t heard back from them.i left voice messages.they never seem to be available this is ridiculous.for current customers and potential customer seriously you need to think twice before taking your clothes here, run other way!
Work seems to be perfect and the staff here are helpful and friendly except that they are expensive than some of the other cleaners near by.
The clothing was dry cleaned well but it is a little pricey for dry cleaning. Total for 4 basic items was $24 and that was after he gave me a 15% discount.

Counter service at this store has always been ok to good 4-7 on a scale of 10 - but the new staff since the Tide branding happened is consistently excellent. I would call the previous service “passively friendly” and the new service “consistently professional and deliberate in their friendly customer engagement”. Although I’ve seen nothing to suggest price increases, from past history with similar brand changes I’m concerned that once the new brand transition is successful (3-12 month) we’ll see price increases. It would be nice to be wrong. We’ll see. If that happens, although I like the service, I’ll consider using another dry cleaner that is “passively friendly”. Excellent customer service shouldn’t cost more. We should expect businesses to hire “nice” people, give them good training and reward staff for excellence.
