Tide Cleaners reviews
17The pickup and drop off process saves so much time. Never an issue with the dry cleaning. Instructions are followed and items are returned perfectly.
Tide laundered king duvet for me. I found the service friendly and efficiently available. Will definitely use their services again. And, the duvet looks great.
They moved across the street next to Fry’s & Casa de Juana, and now have automated service, I am a new customer for wash and fold and I’m loving the 24/7 service.
Very friendly employees, dry cleaning was ready before scheduled pickup, and clean environment.was first time using and will use again.and recommend this establishment!
Great tide Dry cleaners definitely recommend if u need laundry cleaned in Phoenix Arizona.
My clothes are always well taken care of and the staff is always friendly and professional.
Love Tide Cleaners and the ability to pick up and drop off on my schedule. Very convenient and affordable. Staff is helpful and attentive.
Great service! I receive a text message weekly that lets me know service is scheduled for pick up. Once I confirm, they show up. A few times, I failed to put out my laundry bag and the driver knocked on my door as a friendly reminder. He’s always so courteous! One time, I let him know I didn’t have my laundry together and he waited! Every week they deliver my dry cleaning and hang it on my door and let me know that it’s been delivered via text. My laundry is always pressed and clean. I’m very happy with this new service!
I love that the staff remembers my name! Very helpful and I'm very satisfied with my services.
Many broken machines and only 2 carts to use, this place needs to put some money back into their establishment if they want to be profitable.
Appreciate the convenience of dropping off and picking up dry cleaning 24/7, between work and kids it’s nice to be able to fit this in wherever I can.
The pick up service is a great idea. It's definitely coming in handy for us. Quality of work is good also.
Cleaned my king sized comforter that was stained red from my dog running around in the dirt and jumping on the bed. It looks brand new! Also, we take my husbands suits about once a week and the turn around time is so quick. Love the convenience of the pick up and drop off service!
By my calculation, inflation between 1982 and 2023 was cumulatively about 215%. To wash, starch and put a shirt on a hangar was $. 49 in 1982. Granted the volume of business was much larger then in the Washington DC metro area. Today at Tide it is $3.99, which is over 700% higher price, approx 3.5 times the rate of inflation. The shirts aren’t delivered to my house, so where is the value to the consumer? 24 hour service is the bet. Still, I am a P&G stockholder. Why? Because this new business model grows the profit margins and uses excess capacity at local cleaners to do it. Granted, the business is doomed to failure, but it was worth the try.
Fabulous honest company gave tgem over 2000 in clothes returned, dry cleaned been using them for over 2 years now Love this company
Great curbside service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Received my clothes back within 24 hrs.
Don’t go here, especially if you see the frizzy/curly red headed employee (they were working the night of 1/3/23 when I dropped my clothes off around 6/6: 30) I asked a simple question about having two of my items placed into a specific garment bag as I’ve done at other cleaners previously. She snapped back at me saying they don’t do that and had a nasty attitude about it. This was my first time to this location after they moved from across the street so it was already a little different and confusing, but the attitude given to me by the employee was unnecessary. The employees were much nicer at the previous location. I understand that each cleaners has a different policy about putting customers clothes into their own bags, but no need to be rude about it. I don’t care that this cleaners is only 5 minutes from where I live, I’ll be taking my business to the cleaners that’s 15 minutes away at this point. Don’t waste your money here!
