Tides on 44th, Phoenix AZ

Management was terrible when I moved in 2 years ago, but the new management and landlord are awesome. They really are cleaning up the complex and it feels safer and cleaner. The new policies they enforce and the landscaping are really taking this place back to it's prime. Staff is there 7 days a week now as well to take requests and for questions and I find that rare with most apartments.

I moved in June 2023 and since then the property managment has cleaned up the area quite nicely. I really like that there are maintance people that clean up the property. I wish residence were more respectful of the trash that they leave in the parking lot. I have only had 3 small issues and maintance was very quick to get them resolved. One was my tub was draing slow, the other was my AC and the last one was my reqest for a screen door. The one thing I would like to see is cameras on the buildings. Otherwise I feel it is getting to be a cleaner community.

Just moved in, office is very helpful with the leasing process, I was indecisive on which apartment, didn’t get ugly vibes for that. They had breakfast set up on the 1st, I didn’t attend but the invite was there. What a warm welcoming, the upcoming renovations were spoken to us, and we are excited to see the office come together to better the community. We have a nice seafood/karaoke restaurant walking distance, as well as a fruit place. Plus much more, just walking distance. Yes there is homeless, yes there are cops, but the new company that bought out the property shall have security clean that up soon. Don’t blame the homeless/ drug addicts, NOR THE OFFICE, blame you governor/city council for the lack of accountability in caring and helping people. Life is tough, we need love and support. Covid happened, people lose a leg, life can go down then up, and back down. Be kind, instead of complaining, CONTRIBUTE!

New management is very disrespectful. And the photos they have on their floor plans are very misleading.

Cons: Neighborhood is very ghetto, homeless everywhere, pest, police are called every week and much more!

New manager is racist lady, she does not like to help anyone who does not speak English! Very unprofessional she needs to be reported to HR
PMG PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

Can't believe I was actually going to move here. I won't say nothing now but once they are living somewhere else, I'll explain why this apartment treats you like garbage when the time is right. All I can say is FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE, the people in charge will do anything they can to scam you.
